Este es un estudio, por lo que las áreas para dormir NO están separadas por paredes. Ideal para 4 personas ya que hay 2 camas queen size. (El tamaño del apartamento es de 33m2 + 6m2 entrepiso). ¡Puede acomodar hasta 5 o 6 si desea ahorrar dinero mientras se hospeda en el centro de París!

El apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia de muchos sitios turísticos como la Place de la Bastille, Le Marais, Place de Vosges, la isla de Saint Louis, la isla Cite (iglesia de Notre Dame), el río Sena ...

Place de la Bastille está llena de cientos de agradables cafés, bares, restaurantes, etc. Opera Bastille también está allí.

Puedes tomar el autobús No. 69 justo en la parte trasera del edificio de apartamentos que te lleva a todas las atracciones turísticas como la Torre Eiffel, los Inválidos, Pont Alexandre, Pont neuf, la isla Cite (iglesia de Notre Dame), la isla de Saint Louis, Marais, Place de Vosges, Saint Germain Blvd, Tuillerie Park, museo del Louvre, Pere Lachaise, museo de Orsey, centro Pompidou, museo de Rodin ... ¡Es como un autobús turístico!

Todo el apartamento fue renovado hace 3 años. 2 min a 2 estaciones de metro y al supermercado. El apartamento está en el centro de París. (10 minutos a pie del centro de París).

Además, a 10 minutos a pie del mercado de agricultores más grande y famoso de París :)

Hay 2 áreas para dormir como dormitorios, cada una con una cama queen size, una sala de estar separada por una cortina gruesa y otra en el entrepiso. Un techo alto, claraboya, vigas abiertas y tres ventanas orientadas al sur ofrecen una apariencia elegante y una sensación de amplitud.

Cocina, baño con bañera pequeña, WIFI. TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y CD, escritorio con computadora y teléfono.

Buena ropa de cama limpia y toallas. Un juego de toallas de baño y lavado por persona.

** Somos flexibles con los horarios de entrada y salida, pero antes de las 8:00 am y después de las 20:00, habrá cargos adicionales de 5 euros / hora. Último check-in aceptado 00:00.

Lovely apartment that introduced us to a local Parisian experience; close to the Metro and Bus 69, plus many cafes, eateries and grocery stories. It was a wonderful home base for a 5 day trip for my daughter and I.

Peaceful Corner in Paris

My daughter and I had a wonderful time with this lovely little apartment as our home base! It was a quiet, comfy respite after enjoying the bustling Parisian scene! Definitely on our “return some day” list!

Great one room place

It was my wife, me and our two adult children and this spot was just right. It packs a lot into a single room -- a little eating spot, the foldout couch for an extra bed, curtain separation for the larger bed and half- loft space above it for a second bed. This place is perfect for couples and families who are chill. The location was awesome. Great restaurants within walking distance, good bakeries and coffee shops, a Parisian neighborhood feel.

My daughter was arriving prior to me and the host was very helpful arranging the check in process. They put my mind at ease with the frequent and thorough communications. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Fabulous location and the beds were so comfortable! Plenty of room too!!

GREAT LOCATION!!

This apartment is indeed situated in a right location and very secure! Good for those who are on budget and always out on about the town.Try not to travel by metro if possible but use buses instead.One gets to see more interesting places around Paris.Cheerful services on arrival and still very helpful after the following 2 days.Defintely recommend this property to friends and will stay there again next time round.Thanks Natusmi Chin

Best choice for a nice stay in Paris

I guess we maxed the size of this very nice appartment out. We arrived with two adults and three children for some pretty days in paris. But there still was room enough! The appartment lies on one of the large boulevards, but due to to position in the backyard it was lovely and quiet. We had some warm days in July but as it was so quiet we simply could have the window open all the time and enjoyed the summer. The communication with the owner and the assistent in Paris and everything around was very nice,and we had no problems. We would never expected to have such a lovely conversation. At last, having free WLAN, the possibility to phone (even outside France) and a small Computer to check the latest info for your stay completes this nice appartment. We would always come back here if we planned to stay in Paris again!

Our Host Set The Tone For A Beautiful Vacation

My first experience with Vrbo and our inaugural stay in Paris was just awesome thanks to our host Natsumi, who was detailed about all the arrangements and kept me informed with all steps leading up to our visit. I am highly detailed oriented, so this was a great comfort to me. I was traveling with my daughter who was starting college in Paris and Natsumi went beyond her role as our host and offered connections and suggestion for my daughter's long-term stay in Paris. The apartment itself is in a charming area with lots of food options including a Vietnamese shop and boulangerie near the entrance and there are several metro stations close by. Check-in was a breeze and I am every so grateful for the help with our extremely heavy bags up to the apartment. You have all you need for a comfortable stay and a call away should you have any problems like my initial struggle in opening the skyroof panel, which lets in a cool air and just adds to the character of the place. Natsumi is more that a host; she is someone I will remember fondly for welcoming us to Paris. Highly recommended stay.

Hicimos escapada familiar, éramos 5, 4 compartiendo 2 camas de matrimonio y el 5° en plegatin en la parte del saloncito. El espacio es todo diáfano, un cama separa una cortina del saloncito,la otra esta en un baja techo que no puedes ponerte de pie.Sofá incómodo. Es un apartamento con espacios reducidos ,aunque tiene lo necesario para el poco tiempo que pasabamos.Metro,súper,tiendas cerca.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Paris

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen zwischen Metrostationen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es mehere Supermärkte und Bäckereien. Auch mit 5 Personen hatten wir genügend Platz. Die kleine Küche ist für kleine Mahlzeiten und das Frühstück völlig ausreichend, Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber top in Ordnung! Und die Kommunikation mit Natsumi funktioniert hervorragend!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfectly comfortable launching pad for Paris

This was a fabulous location for our Family’s stay in Paris. So close to public transport and great neighborhood restaurants. Apartment came with everything we needed. Quiet location considering all there is to do at night.

Great place to.stay

The apartment was as described. It is small and can easily sleep 4 but 6 is pushing it as you wouldn't have room for your luggage etc. Natsumi is very nice a good communicator. The location is were good in all regards.

Sympathisches Appartement in klasse Umgebung

Die kleine Wohnung bietet im Vergleich zu den allermeisten Hotels in Paris viel mehr Platz. Wir haben zu dritt dort geschlafen, die beiden Betten war sehr gemütlich. Die Gegend ist wirklich praktisch und schön, Bäckereien, Restaurants, zwei Supermärkte und vor allem einen schönen Spielplatz für kleine Kinder um die Ecke. Mit der M5 ist die Wohnung z.B. direkt vom Gare de l‘Est anzufahren. Auch der Kontakt funktionierte problemlos und ließ keine Fragen offe . Beim nächsen Paris-Trip ist das wohl wieder unsere erste Anlaufstelle.

Great Stay in Paris

My friends and I had such a lovely time staying in this apartment. The space was just right for the three of us and it had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The apartment is also in such a lovely part of the city and is right by a wide selection of quality restaurants, bakeries, and shops.

Great stay

Ample room for a group of 4 adults. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay! The bathroom is small but is fine for a short stay - just a tad difficult to share between 4 people. Overall, the apartment was clean, cozy, and warm. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance! Bus stops very are close-by. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the metro stop near the apartment due to the strikes in Paris, but it would have been very convenient if the metro stations were open (sadly it was out of our control). Overall, we'd stay here again :)
