Pros:Close to the metro 5 and 7Nice grocery store near byYespark park available on one street over ( but was tricky to access, couldn’t open gates or doors to get down to parade, needed to go through vehicle access and walk down)Cons:Upon arrival all of the windows were open and the place smelled like cigarettes.Apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a small elevator that fits 2 ppl or one person and a suite case. The stairwell wraps around the elevator, there was no lights to walk up the 4 flights of stairs, had to use our flashlights to see.There was stains on beds and pillowsBroken toilet seat and dresserYou will need to buy dish soap and toilet paper for your stay as they state they give a small amount of necessity’s to get you started. This is about 3 squirts of dish soap and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. The shutters for the window in the bedroom would not latch and stay closed so the wind causes it to bang against the balcony in the night while you are trying to sleep. I reached out to the host about our concerns, he was unapologetic and took no ownership of our concerns. The lighting in the hallway is up to the building to fix and out of his control. The smell of cigarettes is from the apartment below ( it was not, there was a cigarette sitting right outside the window of our apartment) and did not address any other concerns. Our family felt too uncomfortable to complete our stay and ended up finding a different place.
