The studio is equipped with a double bed suitable for sleeping 2 people. If the two people do not wish to share the same bed, it is possible for one of the two people to sleep on the sofa (non-convertible). Please, in this case, REPORT IT IN ADVANCE.

Un espace optimisĂ© et pratique pour un court sĂ©jour. Le lit en ascenseur offre un amĂ©nagement original, situĂ© Ă 1 m de hauteur lorsqu'il est descendu et 2m20 environ lorsqu'il est en haut. L'appartement est propre dans l'ensemble, avec quelques dĂ©tails perfectibles.Le quartier est agrĂ©able, avec une grande diversitĂ© de restaurants Ă dĂ©couvrir. L'accĂšs est facile depuis la gare François Mitterrand (ligne 14 / RER C).Une panne dâeau chaude a eu lieu durant le sĂ©jour, mais le gĂ©rant a rĂ©agi rapidement pour rĂ©soudre le problĂšme.IdĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour pratique et sans prise de tĂȘte de courte durĂ©e (2nuits) !

Le studio, de plain pied qui est en fait une petite maison rénovée au sud est du 13éme arrondissement est trÚs bien équipé.(plein de petites choses dans la cuisine pour agrémenter les repas)
Ce quartier en plein devenir à quelques pas de la bibliothÚque F.Mitterand, non loin du boulevard des maréchaux et à un jet de pierre du chinawton parisien est sûr, paisible et bien desservi (tram ligne 14 RER C)
