Cosy 2 rooms fllat located in Clichy 5 minutes train from Paris Saint Lazare (galeries Lafayette, Printemps... )
Also 8 min train from la Défense (Business area)

The building is not always tidy in the common parts but the Flat is clean and cosy. Thé other inhabitants are very quiet and the place is safe.

In summer if you open the Windows you will hear the trains. Personnaly it does not disturb me but at least you have to know it.
If you close the windows you will not hear them.

The flat is very well located 5 min from Paris Saint Lazare. (Galeries Lafayette)
La Défense (business and Big shopping district) is also very near. 8 min by train

The train station is just beneath the flat (2 min walk).
Métro station line 13 is 8 min walk.

You have a market n Clichy or in Levallois Perret several times a week.
You also have many suoermarkets and restaurants around.
So Ouest a nice and big shopping mall in Levallois is juste 10 min walk.

In summer you will find terrasses all around where you can have a fresh drink and also happy hours ;))

If you like it also you have péniches like "le Rosa bonheur" a few steps away to have lunch dinner or to take a drink.

If you look well from the window in the kitchen you will see the top of the very famous Eiffel Tower ;)) which you will probably go and visit during your stay

If you are coming for business you have many companies like L'oréal, Banks and other headquarters of major companies either in Clichy or Levallois.

The biggest business district of Europe "la Défense" is direct from the flat by train only 8 min.

Tried to reach the host for months as we planned the trip 8 months ahead. The host never answered and we had to book somewhere else at the last minute. Very stressful experience

Court séjour Parisien petit budget

Appartement très sympathique, fonctionnel. Hormis le ménage très approximatif nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Propriétaire avenant et très disponible. Si vous ne disposez que d'un petit budget et que vous n'avez pas peur des 5 étages sans ascenseur, je vous le recommande vivement !

Très bien dans l'ensemble

L'appartement est assez grand pour un couple avec enfant, il est bien équipé, bien situé (bars, restaurants, magasin proches à pied, métro à moins de 10 minutes à pied) Seul petit bémol sur le ménage au sol, notamment les tapis qui mériteraient un bon coup d'aspi ou de secouage. Je recommande!

LO PEOR QUE SE HA VISTO

Hemos viajado muchas veces a distintos lugares, nunca nos toco un hospedaje tan desagradable. Le indique con días de antelación al propietario que viajaban 3 personas mayores. No me dijo que tenían que subir hasta el ultimo piso 5º o 6º sin ascensor. El lugar era un edificio viejo totalmente desagradable. Por dentro el piso tenía goteras, olía a tabaco, era muy viejo, tenía ropa y toallas usadas y sucias. Las sabanas y colchas no fueron cambiadas por unas limpias. Fue la peor experiencia que se puede tener en un hospedaje. El propietario no se acerco a dejar las llaves, sino quería que la busquen en un escondite cerca al departamento, el no estaba en el país y no podía ayudar en nada. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR ES LO PEOR QUE HEMOS VISTO. Y por ende, esta aplicación o pagina nunca más la volveré a utilizar.
