The apartments "Feudo di Plutino" are located in Parghelia in the area of ​​the picturesque "Costa degli Dei", 1 km from the renowned Tropea, facing the Tyrrhenian coast and the Aeolian Islands. The structures are about 400 m from the sea, very close to various beaches, some reachable by foot through a magnificent panoramic road, others by car. Free beaches with striking cliffs and white sand and beaches equipped with beaches and all the comforts. The "Feudo di Plutino" apartments are born after the renovation of an old farmhouse. Nette Unterkunft, die ein bisschen an Camping erinnert.Ausstattung der Küche ist spärlich, Backofen funktioniert nicht. Leider keine Grundausstattung wie Essig, Öl, Pfeffer, Salz oder Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtuch vorhanden. Auch Toilettenpapier fehlt. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine muss mit anderen geteilt werden und ist ab der zweiten Benutzung kostenpflichtig. Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz vor der Tür. WLAN hat nur 2 Tage funktioniert, Fernsehsender nur italienisch.

Good stay but some improvement could be made

It's a cute bungalow, but there are some issues. There are lots of mosquitos due to the large garden and orange trees. The owner could provide some real counter measures to make the stay better. Moreover the bungalow gets very hot and stuffy. A very easy way to sort it out would be installing an AC. We asked for a second ventilator but did not receive a response. Everything is there, but some things are broken. If the owner would invest a little bit more time and improve the interior and amenities, it could be great, but it's unfortunately a bit neglected.
