Room was clean and spacious. Food at the restaurant was great quality. The staff were pleasant and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. They advertise 15 pools but there was only one. It’s beautiful and has a poolside bar. The hotel is also riverside.

Honestly, we have a really hard time sleeping on Costa Rican beds and usually their rock hard both my son and I slept so incredibly well on just their simple bed set ups!!! crispy sheets, a gorgeous view you feel like you're totally in the jungle there's a river that runs behind it. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is fun. I would go back again and again without question we will be back!!!

La habitación se encontraba limpia y con un olor bastante agradable. El personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estadía, al igual que la parte de restaurante la comida es rica y económica para poder comprar.

El ruido del karaoke que tienen en el bar no te va a dejar dormir si tienes el sueño liviano. Los chicos se esmeran en dar un buen servicio con los recursos que tienen, simplemente no hay una preparación o formación adecuada para proyectarlo, por ejemplo el que hayan pelos por toda la habitación y que uno del staff empiece a cortarse las uñas en frente de las habitaciones son imágenes que contrastan con la apariencia de limpieza y buen equipamiento que tiene la habitación.

Zimmergrösse war in Ordnung, aber leider nicht geputzt. Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo waren noch vom Vorgänger da. Überall lagen tote Insekten. Essen war ungenießbar. Irgendwelche Pasta mit Dosengemüse und Fertigsauce, Reis mit Fleisch komplett versalzen. Alles sehr lieblos. Eigentlich sehr schade, weil die Anlage und Location sehr schön wäre.
