     Protaras Villa 1441 is located just a few minutes walk from the beach between Konnos Bay and Mimoza Beach. Central Protaras Strip and the famous Fig Tree Bay, is about 5 minutes drive and so is Ayia Napa.

     The ground floor features a vary spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa set, dining table and guest WC. The first floor offers two large double bedrooms, a family shower room and a small balcony.

     Summertime in Cyprus is meant to be spent outside and Protaras Villa 1441 is perfect for this. Two pergola covered verandas and a built-in BBQ with a convenient bar make it perfect for the evening barbeque and there is also a wooden playhouse with toys for the children to pass their time.

     Protaras Villa 1441 is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed wi-fi internet, satellite TV with Russian & UK channels, BBQ and garden.

     Protaras Villa 1441 is located in a quiet area of Cape Greco, ideally located to explore some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Mimoza Beach is only about 600m from the villa while the picturesque Konnos Bay with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters is 1km away.
