This amazing 3 Bedroom villa is located in the center of protaras just 3-4 minutes walk from the main strip and 5 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay.

The villa was completely renovated in 2016 and internally all furnishings are new and modern.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, sandwich maker etc. separated from the living room and spacious enough to prepare a meal for the entire family.

The villa also benefits from amazing sea-views.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The single beds can be connected together into a large double bed making the villa perfect for 3 couples as well.

2 of the bedrooms also have access to the veranda with amazing panoramic sea-views.

Helt otroligt bra villa!! Nära till både strand, affärer/restauranger. REKOMMENDERAS VARMT!

Villan var helt galet perfekt. Nästan för bra för att vara sant! Bilderna är äkta och allt som utlovas av villan stämmer. Kontakten med de som hyrde ut villan var även utomordentlig. Chris (som jag hade kontakt med) dubbelkollade så vi fick taxi som hämtade upp oss på flygplatsen och jag är verkligen så nöjd med hans gästvänlighet! Rekommenderas varmt!
