We also have 2 onsite pools along with our onsite restaurant Viola's Bar & Grill.

Sunrise Beach Villas

#2 is right on the beach! A large 2 story unit painted in gaudy colours but a very adequate place. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo were provided. Fully stocked kitchen, except for spices. Internet and tv. An enjoyable stay!

Another great stay!

A great place to stay! Clean, friendly staff, great location, excellent customer service, on-site restaurant (with Vegan options). Kids and adults both had a great time and used all the facilities. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Paradise Island.

Beautiful 3BR condo right on the beach

We had a wonderful time as a family in this fun 3BR condo in a gated part of the development community with two pools, a nearby stairway to a gorgeous beach, and a fun restaurant on site. I was able to watch my family jet ski from our shaded patio overlooking the beach. We were able to visit Atlantis by walking 10 minutes along the beach and for sure would return to sunrise beach villas when we come back to the Bahamas. Everything was comfortable and low key. One of the highlights was karaoke at Violas bar and grill on Friday night. The food is also good there and casual and gets busy in the evenings. The office personnel were helpful and would arrange cabs and provided beach towels, as well as make recommendations for things to do. The unit was updated and vibrant with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The in-unit laundry was super convenient. The pictures of the unit actually under represent how nice it is. We had no complaints or inconveniences. It was excellent.
