Room had been updated, carpets replaced with polished wood floor, T.V. replaced with flat screen.Same room maid as before everything clean and tidy with regular clean sheets and towels.Big choice of excellent food each night. Friendly staff . .Lea, customer relations very friendly and attentive, couldn't ask for more. Couldn't fault it. Will be back.
I stayed here from 6th of November till the 15th November for my friends wedding, I found the accommodation to be great value for money, we stayed in the apartments a stones throw away from the reception and across the road from a convenience store. Every morning we had complimentary breakfast, always a lady making omelettes, and other staff clearing plates and used cutlery frequently. I needed to print documents on occasion and found the staff to be completely accommodating with any request, on Wednesday there are several bottles of bubbly being shared with guests and various cheese, halloumi and feta, olives etc and local wines to be tried, I appreciate these efforts and felt totally welcome at all times.. There was house help to change sheets and bins, mop floors etc if required and I felt that my possessions were safe at all ties which is essential in apartment accommodation. Clean pool, super refreshing. An area with ping pong, pool and air hockey on site, next to the pool if you fancy something to pass the time. I found the location to be fine, next to neighbouring resorts where various other friends had chosen which was handy, and a 10/15 minute walk into town - passing lots of eateries and shops. Lea, Nikos and the team are dynamite. Check it out. Kind regards, Carlos <3
My parents have been to this hotel many times & recommended it to me, this is my third visit & will be back, Lea, reception & restaurant staff are all very friendly & very helpful, hotel is lovely, rooms & balcony spacious
We went for a 10 days holidays with my husband, daughter and her friend. All inclusive was fantastic, the staff were very helpful at all the times. Lea was very nice and give us a lot of advice while in Cyprus. The hotel is very clean and enjoyable while we were there the entertainment was very good! We definitely recommended to everyone, we definitely enjoyed the staying there and will go back to enjoy another holiday!
The service is very good. All staff-from the Front Office manager,Guest Relations, reception, bar manager and his staff-attentive,smiling and helpful. The food was really good and tasty. We will be back with pleasure.
After a third move, we eventually ended up at Paphos Gardens. From the outset, everything was great and Lea Nicoleau made us feel welcome and could not do enough for the group. The appartment was great, bed not too comfy, but overall well with it.
Went on Fully Inclusive break everything was just what we where expecting but in the food it was excellent Variety of food from lunch to evening meal was excellent always hot and tasty Lea the hotel manageress was always there to help 😊 All the staff from the reception , restaurant manager the staff on the bar were all brilliant The pool was a little cold but never stopped us from going in sunbeds always available Room was basic but catered for whet we needed it for "a base to work from" Ideally situated for the beach walk to the harbour whuch contained many resurants and pubs to take a quick drink Overall a place you should visit Thanks to the Team at Paphos Gardens 😁
Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Plenty of choice and able to sit outside. Room was good size we stayed in the hotel building. Could do with updating had a problem with water leaking through bathroom ceiling. Reported this and maintenance did come out but was not repaired for two days. There are two large pools we used the pool away from the restaurant and bar because there was more room and space between sun beds. The hotel also does all inclusive so the pool nearest the bar and restaurant was busiest. Rooms were cleaned daily. Just set back from the main road so the promenade along the front was a short walk away. Weather was perfect even managed to go in the sea.
My daughter and I took 3 children for October Half Term. We were all inclusive and had a two bedrooms apartment in 'Ibiscus' the apartment was not luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was plenty big enough for us and had a balcony - bonus! I felt the food was outstanding for three star. Fresh, plentiful and loads of choice. Two of my kids are picky and they found plenty to eat and enjoyed every meal - puddings and ice cream went down especially well. The entertainment was fine. What do people expect at three star? It was fun to watch whilst having a drink or two. Staff were courteous and some were really friendly. Android deserves a very special mention - he was warm and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were having a good holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return. To the moaners - if you want greater luxury - pay for four star! Paphos Gardens was fine for me - the kids can't wait to return! Having read mixed reviews I tried to not presume the worst. However upon arrival I was not impressed!!!! We arrived pretty late and the drive up to our hotel felt like an inbetweeners moment! The dark did not do the hotel any favours. Once we got in, there was a Greek themed night and the lady on reception seemed to be more bothered about watching the entertainment than seeing to us!! Eventually, we were taken up to our room, which I was pretty impressed with! I cannot fault the cleaners, our room was spotless most days and we had clean towels and bedding every few days. We opted for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was average, we enjoyed the omelettes which were made fresh, as well as the fresh bread which was available. The pool was pretty quiet at this time of year and we had no problem finding a bed in the best sun spot. As we had a few cold days we thought we would try the indoor pool...this was just as cold as the outdoor or even colder!!! I was looking forward to using the gym facilities which you didn’t have to pay for, however, the equipment was dated was pretty disappointed. Overall, we had a lovely holiday, the hotel is in a prime location with only a 15/20mim walk to the harbour which is fab. Unfortunately, we probably will not be returning any time soon.
