So sad not to get to say goodbye to Andreas. He runs the place beautifully always with charm and good humour with his great team of Yorkshiremen Paul and Lance and lovely Cypriot staff. But left early morning and missed him the evening before. Thanks for everything, Andreas. Lovely apartments, I booked a studio for a week and it was spacious, well kept and cleaned every day with all amenities including space age cooking facilities. Only problem internet didn't work but they had engineers trying to fix it and offered me another room - but I liked my room so much I didn't take the offer. Had a great stay and would recommend the place to anyone. And thats before I even mention what amazing value for money it is. Keep it up guys. Ade

After having checked out this hotel on trip advisor we were really looking forward to our stay there. Arrived 27th January and were told we were staying in one of the outside apartments (Ibiscus) we were told where to go and eventually found it (travelling with my husband and two teenagers) the apartment was big, but absolutely freezing cold. We were told how to work the heaters (aircon in summer) but unfortunately one ws blowing out cold air, spent the night wrapped in blankets, wearing clothes as it was that cold. However , in the morning Andreas the manager couldnt be more apologetic, he had the heaters fixed and a couple of fan heaters sent up to us too. By the next day we discovered the pool was half empty.. not to worry, we went to the indoor pool, and that was fine, decided to go and get coffee, Andreas informed us that the bar is closed.. as THE HOTEL IS CLOSED!!! now at no time during our booking were we informed of this! I think there were about 20 guests in the whole place, but there were NO facilities, couldnt get food, drink or anything! By this time the pool is drained to be cleaned and taped off, although the guests who were there were lying around on sunbeds! If i had known the place was closed i would never have booked, Andreas told me we should have been informed of this at the time of booking, i'll be looking into that! The hote itself is tired and needs an upgrade, its close to all amenities and the beach, but to give them credit where its due, the maids were in every day with clean sheets and towels, emptying bins etc, probably because they had so much time on their hands! im sure they are not in every day during high season....but to be honest our holiday was ruined!

Not a great family holiday, only 1 member of staff interested in customer service the rest were rude and obnoxious! Rooms were ok, however poor standard of cleaning which meant having to call reception daily for clean towels and toilet rolls AI - what a joke! Food wasn’t great, we ended up eating out nearly every night as the offer for children every day was nuggets and chips which were lukewarm. Drinks were also a joke, stone faced barman who felt it was his right to limit drinks even when we explain we were a group of 8! Expected up all to come up individually to get drinks, which, due to lack of seating we couldn’t do otherwise we’d lose our table! The bar always ran out of glasses, ended up getting served wine in half pint glasses or plastic cups. Bar shuts at 11pm, exactly so even if you’ve been queuing for 10 mins once it’s 11pm bye bye. Would never go back to this hotel, avoid st all costs! I’ve paid less to go to Mexico where they treat you better and AI means AI

Amazing hotel, flowers around, great animation team, nice stuff. not far from the sea. We had some troubles in our room but in one day it was fixed. Every evening new program and bingo game! Food and bar - perfect! Definitely come back.

fantastic hotel very clean and tidy we stayed there for two weeks with some friends never had a problem at all the food was great the room was very clean they changed the towels on a regular basis would definetly stay here again

We had an upgrade to superior 1 bed apartment . Thank you. It had everything you would need .fridge. microwave and excellent hairdryer in the bedroom .Lots of space.. cleaned everyday. . Downside was small .. the shower had a broken dirty head . To be fair we didn't let them know so they couldn't do much. We were out if season so didn't expect a lot going on . It's in a good location and has a shop near by. The reception area is huge with comfy seating . Large patio . Shrubs need cutting back to get the sun . The man on reception in the day was lovely...

My boyfriend and myself visited on the 30th of June for 11 days. It’s such a beautiful hotel and resort however the one complex we stayed in had power issues. The who complex’s power would turn on and off every few hours and had to be turned on with the main switch just outside the rooms. The manager sent an electrician but because of the language barrier he didn’t understand and couldn’t fix the issue. Because of this we moved rooms and they were very helpful. The hotel has 2 pools but very limited sun beds and because you cannot save a subbed it was very hard to get one. The food was beautiful and had a variety everyday. There was entertainment every night which included bingo and karaoke.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights from the 8th November, what can u say the place was immaculate, the staff friendly and always happy to help especially Lea who deals with guest relations. The entertainment was brill to say it was their last few days/nights There was a brill selection of food and drinks We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve re booked to come back in April

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was quite large with a patio that lead straight onto the swimming pool. The weather was just right only had one day that was windy and it rained once but in the night. The only little moan I have was the shower or should I say the shower curtain that was about 6 or so inches too short resulting in getting the bathroom floor flooded. I was using our personal towels to soak up the water. But hey it wasn't a big deal.

My Wife and I stayed for 1 week from November 8th 2017, the hotel is set in a quiet part about 5 minutes walk from the seafront and 10 minutes walk from the gorgeous harbour. the hotel pool area is relaxing and plenty of sunbeds and always clean. The staff was first class, Lea who was the customer relations manager was outstanding and couldn't do enough for anyone, we had an issue with a kettle in our room and we told her about it at breakfast and by the time we had eaten our kettle had been changed. Elena ran the reception area and was always smiling and helpful. The bar staff were fantastic, Lukas, George, Elena and Despina will bend over backwards keeping you refreshed. Food was great and always plenty of choice. the hotel had entertainment throughout the day and evening shows, the team was great and friendly and did a great job of getting people involved. overall a great holiday and I would not hesitate going back.
