Location is great. Price was good, BUT there is a major negative for me. I was supposed to receive a code for the door mid day on my check in date. I did not receive it, so I called when I arrived on site (there is no onsite management), I got a code and went to the room, but was shocked when I approached the room and the door was wide open and a toddler is the first thing I see in my room. I then see a man who is standing on the edge of the couch along with a woman. I question what is going on, but they do not speak English. She pulls out her phone and uses a translation app to say they are fixing the curtain. It's almost 9 pm! I contact the management and they are not sure who the person is. I wait for a while. They do not have a ladder and are trying to put screws in the wall with just a screwdriver (no drill). They get the rod back on the wall, but where they put it, the curtain does not cover the window. The screws were barely in the wall at all. I then leave while they try to fix it again. I had left the rest of my family at a restaurant to order food. Eventually it got fixed, but it was ridiculous that I did not have access to my room until well after 9 pm. I understand that costs can be lower by not having on site management, but when there is no one on site at all who speaks English and can help AND when the off site company can;t get in touch with whoever is in my room with their toddler, then it is a major problem.
