Our room 204 was horribly outdated,cabinets looked like they been chewed on,what pans they had was super old. No pizza pan,i bought one and just left it there,no hot pads. Only had 4 huge spoons to eat with,so no teaspoons for like cereal. Beds was HORRIBLE,when we got there the beds was made BUT the sheets was HORRIBLY dirty. Now on to the plus side:LOCATION WAS PERFECT!!

We love top of the gulf. We stay every year. It’s a great place for a great price.

We got there shower curtain on floor Chandler over table was hanging on by one bolt stove eye was loose and ac went out twice but maintenance came in an fix chandler and ac but ac went out again another maintenance guy come back next day took care of it. Other that people there took care of us. Thanks

Veey small refrigerator. Tje place was not clean at all. Window and baseboard weee dirty. Roaches in the bathroom

Did not like room. Had to pay a hidden fee that was never disclosed

Check in went just fine. On the walk to the room came across a large puddle of water that blocked the walkway to the room. It took 3 days before someone cleaned the walkway. The lock on the door was a keypad. Every time we entered the room 12 numbers has to be entered to open the door. The temp in the room was 64 degrees, and the thermostat would not turn on the heat. By turning the fan to on setting the heat came on, but that was the only way to get heat. The next morning we went to the office to report the heat problem. The lady was very nice, and had a service person to the room in less than 30 minutes. He also was very nice and agreed the heat was not working correctly, but was unable to correct the heat issue and called another service person to come and check out the thermostat. We returned late that evening to discover a new thermostat mounted on the wall, but the fan control was moved to on instead of auto. With the fan set to on where the fan ran all the time the air blowing from the vent was cool unless the heat was on to warm the room. The next morning we returned to the office to once again report the problem with the heat, and was told that some owners control the heat remotely . We just left the office and turned the heat up until the air that came from the vent was comfortable all the time.

Garbage still in room. Air kept resetting to 83. Other condos were a lot more updated. 811 is a no go!

The room we stayed in was NOT the room pictured when we reserved. Very outdated. Only semi clean. Would not recommend.

A C isn't working correctly and microwave is old like 10 years, and stove is bad. Everything is awful. I don't recommends.
