AWFUL! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't have us in the system. Took forever for them to find us. Kept drivers license, later got it. Fridge had to be defrosted to use freezer. Door was broke from previous travelers. Carpet was filthy on socks. Sliding patio door was very difficult to open and close. Given two room keys. One didn't work. Asked for new keys. Again one key did not work. Phone was broken so could not call front desk. Several tv stations were so bad could not watch.

There’s absolutely no outside lighting on the beach level rooms. Fiancé couldn’t even leave me in the room alone because there was a guy standing by our room with a knife out, just looking around. Bunch of sketchy people here.

Great location! Hotel needs serious updating.
The room wasn't clean other than beds were made. Mattresses were old & springy. Ice maker was broken. Hair in bathrooms and shower. Trash behind the door. Glass sliding doors were very old & difficult to open.

I stayed here with my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and our five children at one point the Deadbolt in our room got jammed and we were locked inside of our room. The lady at the front desk had no concern when my sister-in-law who was on the outside of the door, went up there to let her know what was going on and was too busy on her phone To be worried at the fact that we were locked in our room with no way out they ended up having to cut our door off to allow us to get out after about an hour and a half of Waiting Same there was a fire Directly two rooms above us We were never informed we only found out due to needing to get a new key for our room and being trampled by the hundreds of firefighters the room was never cleaned before we got there. It was just a terrible experience all in all.

Don't stay here!
Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, moved rooms sheets were dirty & had holes in them again. The place is extremely run down. Pools were dirty. Luckily they refunded me so we stayed elsewhere. I would avoid this place at all costs. Girls on the desk were apologetic but the standards in this place are horrendous. The cleaners should be sacked. It's like a Kennel not a hotel

One stay. No more.
Wasn't very thrilled with the motel once we arrived. Actual place nothing compared to online photos. Grounds were unkept. Pool and hot tub were dirty, hot tub didn't work. Room smelled musky and couldn't see ocean. Requested room change and they accommodated. Second room was better. No elevator, uneven halls and corridors, I fell stepping up the steps and badly bruised my arm.

It was horrible checked in and got to the room and the floors were disgusting, the room smelled horrible it was so gross I wouldn’t put my child down the shower leaked went back to front office for a refund!

Our 1st room the ceiling was black mold and falling in. We were moved to a room without mold. But it was super dirty,smelled like old stale meldue. Microwave is rusting out on the inside the carpet made your socks black, all the lamp shades were rusting out! Very old hotel NASTY. We were told it was a accident that they have us the balck moold exception to that lie i saw them rent it to 2 other people in the 5 days we were there !! Ridiculous! It should not be rented to anyone nd im not sure how whyndam rewards would ever put there name on it.
