I have stayed at this property many times. It's never been a spectacular stay but descent. This time however, it was just unacceptable. I woke up one morning to go to my car, which was park under a balcony, had thrown up all over my hood. Talking to a supervisor at Sea Haven was like talking to a brick wall. I finally was able to get Origins maintenance crew to wash off my car (super nice people). I left a message for the supervisor again to let her know that there was bed bugs in room 427. No call back. This room has bed bugs without a doubt. I have over 30 bites all over my body. I stayed here for spring break with a friend and her daughter (April 2017). She called me last night and said they too have bites all over their bodies. It just wasn't worth the "good deal" for the hassle. I'm terrified now of what I might be going through with this bed bug issue. I tried to take every measure to ensure I didn't bring them into my house but only time will tell.

This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Except for Becky, the staff was totally rude, especially Chris. No shower certain, no cleaning service, no towels, it was fifth especially the floor! No one even picked up the garbage bag. No coffee maker, nothing to wash the dishes with. The shower head was so dry rotten water dropped out everywhere when trying to shower. The tv was the box type that you couldn't hook anything to. The hot tub didn't work. The elevator was broken. I could go on and on. It was terrible!

Nice staff but overpriced for the small room they provide. Elevators weren't finished with, and toilets wouldn't be barely flush. Overall the stay was ok. Be aware of "damage fee" that you get charged per night regardless if you damage anything or not. This fee tacked on another $100 to my stay AND it's non refundable! Smh!

Gorgeous. Comfortable. Non-inteusive! Great location. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Easy parking. Three elevator locations for ease of access.

very good experiences, a great getaway We enjoyed everything about complex; but I wished you would share all of the expenses with your cutomers before you book the stay.

It was a nice place, but busy area. If you don't mind the night crowd, it's a great place to stay! Will definitely go back!

The floors above us had flood a few days before we got there, so they had big fans in the rooms and hall ways with a big vent machine. It smelled bad in the hall ways.

we got there at 1230 or so Saturday and the lady up front savannah was her name I think told us the room wasn't quite ready if we wanted to go to the beach or pool she would get a rush on it and she would call us when it was ready. So at 430 I go back to the front desk and its still not ready I told them this was crap and she called security on me and I never cussed her or threatened her. So I leave and we give them about 20 more minutes and my wife goes back up there and the lady at the front is terribly rude to her. I was supposed to have a oceanview room and she was telling me how nice it was when I first got there. But I guess since we were upset for waiting so long she thought it would be funny to put us in a smaller room in the back with no view and that's what she did......absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed......bar none.....we should a just went to the motel 6....it woulda been cheaper and I garuntee you the people would have been nicer. she told my wife if we had kids we wouldn't be blowing money for that expensive a room for one night....lol.....we have 3. she is young and stupid and is not representing this business well. we will not be back there and we will tell everyone we know to stay away from this place.

It was comfortable and peaceful it was so vacation from home. I'll looking forward to do it again.

I would go back. The only thing I was not sure of it was confusing on the connection with origin. They kept saying there is no connection but there are origon. We had to check in across the street somewhat confusing.

I booked online based on photos, location and price. The condo was nice, and well equipped, but the check-in process was miserable. First, the welcome desk onsite was not where I needed to check in. I was told to do so across the street. When I got over there, I was told that while I paid online, it didn't include several SIGNIFICANT fees, which caused the price of the rental to more than double. Additionally, the rental staff was not available 24 hours. I wanted to check out early in the morning, but had to wait until they opened, which delayed my departure to the point I almost missed my flight. Also, for those unaware, this condo is across the street from the beach, not right on it. That was not clearly stated, and I don't want anyone expecting a beachfront condo to be disappointed.

when we booked the hotel we were told it was on the beach that is a lie its across the street. To get clean towels we had to bag up the dirty ones and carry them across the street to the office .the room was supposed to be a 1 bed room with ocean view bit instead it was just one room and to veiw the ocean you had to go out on the balcony and peep around the courner of the building....if you have children i would NOT RECOMEND this hotel

When I went to check in they told me that I had to check in across the street at another building. Weird. I checking into the room an there was no shower curtain. The entire bath room was just laid out strange. The room lighting was poor. The wifi was terrible. I could not use my tablet to get on the internet nor could I get a descent signal with my cell phone. House keeping never changed my linen. The hot tub was broken. It was good to be across from Sharkey's restaurant. And staying here gave access to a private beach. Don't think I will stay here again. Nice try Origin but better luck with your next customers.

.Upon check in, I was charged a $102(non-refundable) for cleaning and damage coverage. Also, I had to check in across the street at their other office. I had to call the management at least every day because something was either not working or needed cleaning.

Don't stay here unless you want to pay excessive fees, poor quality rooms and value.

We last stayed here when it was new, 4 years ago and were so impressed. That's why we booked here for this family trip. First - they moved the check-in to across the street - to combine with other properties. The people at the desk in the main lobby were only for those who "own" condo units. They were particularly rude. Checked into room - which was a "non-view" room - specified view on reservation - ended up with non-view once checking in. Room was horrible - filthy, run down (broken things, holes in walls, dirty walls, dirty carpets), smelly and over all not somewhere I would stay for a week! Once we talked to the front desk about situation and how bad the room was, they agreed to move us into a room like we’d had previously on the front side w/ a view. The first time we stayed there we had the room 2 floors above that – similar. The property definitely shows a LOT of wear and tear and needs maintenance. We found ourselves calling housekeeping a number of times – weren’t enough towels, no linens for pull out bed, not enough pillows, etc. Housekeeping was fairly quick to respond. There are washers and dryers in SOME of the 1 bedroom units. We had one, but it didn’t work very well. Plan to take things like trash bags (they only give you 1 for the whole week), paper towels/napkins, dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap (they give you 2 packets), hand soap for kitchen and bathroom. Last time the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, decent knives, plenty of cookware, serving platters and bowls, along with potholders. This kitchen was poorly stocked with 1 beat up skillet, 1 tiny sauce pan and one soup pot, 1 pan for the oven, dull knives, mismatched silverware – only 3 forks, no potholders, etc. One of the reasons we stayed there is to be able to prepare meals easily for quick and inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. The beds were some of the most uncomfortablye I've ever slept on. Overall, the lack of quality and service for the price means we won’t stay there again.

Very clean and confortable rooms. Nice pool and exercise room.

great place to stay despite other bad revues my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The beach was great, beach-side bar across the street was great, the ONE hotel desk guy was great, other than that I have never stayed in a worse place. The carpet was so AWFUL looking that we were afraid to walk on it with our bare feet so we had to wear sandals. One time I got out of bed and didn't wear my sandals the bottoms of my feet were covered in soot-like grime. There were stains everywhere and tons of black scuff marks on the walls. The room looked like the aftermath of a keg party and a bar fight. The room was so grimy I felt the need to thoroughly check the entire mattress for BED BUGS. Great location, great beach, ONE great front desk attendant, other than that this place is the equivalent to a truck-stop hotel. Way to push off your remnant disgusting rooms.

This is a fraction of the bites... over 30 bites Guest staying in the room with the balcony threw up on my car. Sea Haven management
