Horrible never again will i stay at the majestic.

It started off horrible when i first arrived. The security absolutely disrespected me calling me a liar that i did NOT have a room there and i didn't pay for a room. I finally got ahold of someone through real joy and they fixed their sp called glitch. Then i had to pay 42 dollars for packing all the while it says in discription that parking was free and passes are in rooms. All lies. I waited a hour to get in and then i asked security for a luggage cart another 45 minutes went by and still nothub

Great place and love the door code access

Great property and location. Only one set of working elevators was a bit frustrated during busy times, but not much we could do about that. I loved that plates and kitchen utensils were supplied. NBed was squeaky and slanted down hill, but we propped it up with a phone book. Best weather in 5 years!! Great vacation time in this place.

Beautiful room/view

Our stay at majestic was excellent. The room was clean and the check in process was easy. We also had a bird build a nest on the balcony. During our stay we watched her build the nest and lay her eggs. She was harmless and very fun to sit and watch. I hope whoever stays next leaves the nest alone and enjoys it like we did!

Nice location , found some black mold

Nice place, great location, water heater closet was full of black mold. Cut our stay short and came home due to headaches from the mold.

The Majestic

I was very satisfied with my accommodations. I felt confident the bed was clean and the bathroom was very acceptable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The patio had to be cleaned, but everything else was good. The owner of the condo needs to do some painting, replace baseboards and minor upkeep. The patio curtains were dry rotting and had tears taped , in places. They were also very dusty and discolored.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view! Smelled a little musty. Overall nice but a little outdated. Would have been nice to have a mirror that's not in the bathroom, maybe a full length one. Would definitely stay there again.

Small but Adequate

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the property. It appears that this was formally one large condo with the adjacent condo being part of it that was divided into two as you have one outer door then two separate inner doors for each condo. Apparently this was done some time ago as it is somewhat dated and is in need of a repaint especially on the wood work. Some of the appliances were new and had been replaced recently. The large T-Fal bagel toaster was inop but a smaller cheap one was probably left by a previous tenant. It was adequate for my wife and me and a decent value considering the peak season. The check in process was vague as I had to call the rental agent as we were entering the garage to find out what to do. Fortunately ample free parking was available in the garage despite the statements about parking in a public lot a block away or a $6 per day fee in another lot which was one of my major concerns about renting this property. The large swimming pool was great but you have to get there early to get a chair. All in all I would have preferred something larger but it was a last minute decision. I would have no problem staying here again.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay.. the condo was as expected! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We left a beach chair, umbrella, Ice chest we didn’t use, along with some water toys… I hope the next tenant enjoys their stay as much as we did!

Great time!

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay!! The room was nice, the view was perfect and everyone at the resort we came in contact with was so very friendly! Great location! We didn’t have any long wait times for the elevators (like we have had at previous high rise resorts in PCB) RealJoy Vacations rentals was easy to work with and they even had a gift waiting for us in the room for our 10 year wedding anniversary, such a thoughtful idea!!

I really enjoyed this property! The amenties are great, its easy access to the beach, and the property is nice. We loved it! My kid had a lot of fun in the pools and we enjoyed the many options in pools and hot tubs. Our room was just a studio type room with a kitchenette, but still nice. The balcony is pretty big, and an amazing view. It is a bit of a walk to and from the parking deck, ut nothing outrageous. Overall it was a great stay

Good for couples!

If you’re looking for a super nice/fancy place to stay at the beach... this is not it. But if the room isn’t that important to you and just somewhere to sleep at night this is a great place for you! Check in/check out could have been better, trouble accessing info regarding checking in/out... the company mainly messages through email regarding check in and it was kicked to my junk mail. But they do have great customer service and responded accordingly to any questions we had. I gave this place three stars because I do feel like we paid more than it was worth for the room, needing several upgrades. Including the AC unit, it makes a loud chirping noise periodically. The sheets were very uncomfortable and had a moist feeling too them. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Great place for couples but beware it is not a boujee getaway!! It serves its purpose for somewhere to rest your head and keep your stuff. RealJoy was great to work with next time I will check there other rental properties.

Great vacation

Stayed at Majestic Towers Unit 1. Very great location, easy check in process, awesome view. Condo was for the most part clean, needs a good deep cleaning and some updating but overall great place and would definitely recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back.

Room needs some updates...but it has a million-dollar view...

The view is spectacular--right on the water. The room needs some attention--plumbing issues (leaking dishwasher, troublesome toilet, etc.). Also, furniture placement is awkward--nightstands with brighter lights are needed on both sides of the bed. Another concern is entry into the room--the unit has an "outside" door with a separate code from the inside door--after a long day of driving we wasted an hour trying to get into the unit. (Real Joy, please send both codes and explain situation when booking Majestic Towers 610 and similar rooms.) But...the BIG picture was good--great weather and a relaxing time. Thank you for asking for an evaluation.
