I ask for full kitchen and did not got one. Room was very dirty long black hair everywhere very discussing. I had to clean because of my child. Noting work

We stayed in the condo We had a great time we were also there in August

In not much on reviews, so... We came in late September so it wasn't crowded. Room was very nice, clean, esp for the price we paid. Only problem for me was that beach access was from the basement level which has a very pervasive garbage odor from the shoot. Overall good, though. Hooks your breath in the basement.

This condo staff did a really good job keeping me happy the entire time I was there.

Excellent beach. Good condo. Price more than amenities.

in general we had a great time I went to the pool and beach. Kids had fun. Only prob. was the security on patrol at night I have a five yr. old and an eight year. we played in the pool a lot. they learn how to swim and I had gotten bruises from being on my knees on the swallow end of the pool and the security guard instead of asking about my bruises assumed that my husband gave them to me and just starred at me. I felt uncomf. so I express my feelings about it to my husband he called the front desk to complain they took his complaint the wrong way.. Also did I mention that iwas with my sis-law and she said the sec. was staring at my chest weird... But overall the vaca. went well I enjoyed myself other then that.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Pools and access to the beach very good. Plan to stay again.

Everything was great except the staff. Upon our arrival we were charged with an extra $194.36. I was aware of hidden charges because I had talked with the staff person at the condo directly. When I talked with the representative for your company I was quoted a price that included those charges. The reason being is that I specifically asked the representative about the charges because I knew of them from talking with the condo staff person ( a man). When we arrived and were told we needed an additional $194.36 we were were disappointed. When I tried to explain the situation to the person at the front desk, her name we learned later was Cathy, was very rude. She did not want to listen and talked to us in a very hateful tone. We asked to talk to the manager and she said he/she was not in. We later learned that she was a supervisor. I called the front desk to ask if there was a charge to use the safe and some other things in the condo and I told the person my name and asked if she was the one that just checked her in and she said uh I don't think so, hold on and let me see if someone can answer your question. She then put me on hold. She came back and said there was no charge. I then asked her who was the person that checked us in. She put me on hold again. A different person came back on the line ( the other girl that was at the counter when we checked in) and answered the other question I had asked. I asked her the name of the girl that check us in and she said that her name was Cathy and that she had already left for the day. I called down approx. 5 min. after we got to the condo. I'm usually good at people and voices since I am an administrative assistant, therefore the person that I spoke with first was indeed the person that checked us in. Other than that everything was excellent! We really enjoyed or stay. The condo was gorgeous. Although I think that a unrefundable damage fee is a little much! We were adults and we always leave a place in the condition we found it. This condo was no exception, we left it close to the way we found it.

Upon my arrival, the desk clerk informed me that even though I had already paid for the room through [...], I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $85 to check in!!! She said it was an additional fee for cleaning the room!!! This was not because we left the room so dirty, this was happening as I was checking in!!! And I had to pay it. Very disappointed and angry. Obviously, I cannot recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay there again.

Think I have a "new favorite" condo at Panama City Beach! After reading other reviews (especially those regarding the staff and check-in horrors), I was a little skeptical about staying at this condo. However, I had previously stayed at another condo operated by the same company and never had any problems checking in or out. The Boardwalk was GREAT, just inches from perfection...the perfect place for my fiance and I to celebrate our recent engagement! Our room was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I love the serenity of the condo's location...private yet close enough to area attractions. The room was quiet and well-insulated. It seemed that we were the only people at the condo when we were inside our room (no noisy neighbors or screaming children)! And the parking area was perfect!!!! Unlike condos and hotels located on Front Beach Road that have really congested, tight parking areas just inches away from the street, the Boardwalk's parking lot was large and privately located far from the street. With onsight security, I felt safe and free to enjoy my weekend! There was only one negative thing about our room - the bathroom tub and sink drains were extremely slow! By the end of my shower, the water had reached my ankles and before I finished brushing my teeth, the sink was half full of water (I only ran the water to rinse after brushing)! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to stay without the 'hustle and bustle' of Front Beach Road! It was a great place to stay and I will stay at this condo again (although not the same unit...the drainage issue was a little much)!

confusing check in.

We went to beach during the day and great clubs at night time.Everything we need was in walking distance had its own corner store close to everything u needed. It also had a restaurant close by to the pool great food, drinks, and service.

We had a great time at Boardwalk...loved the entertainment..and although we traveled without children this trip we are def thinking about staying here when we take the family vacations! It has a very family friendly atmosphere!

I was shocked when i found out i was being charged an additional $173 for a cleaning fee and some other unspecified charges. I told myself this is vacation and tried to remain calm. I guess you could say that the final straw was when i asked the young dark haired clerk if i could have my luggage transported to the room which was in another building and her reply was a curt we dont supply conciere services here. I am 60 and have a knee that I have been undergoing tx including surgery since January. I had no choice but to drag my suitcase from the check in building down to my building . I ended up with a hole in my bag and a grim outlook because of the lack of service. I advise any senior and anyone that is handicapped to avoid this place. I had taken a plane to get there and had no automobile so there i was dragging my suitcase down the sidewalk. Talk abiout bad pr this place just does not care about anyone just the money.

When we checked in to the condo we were told that we would have to pay resort fees, cleaning fees etc etc which costs an additional $94.00. Other than that the room was nice, views were great and the pool was ok. My wife said the towels were terrible and very cheap! We were not very impressed with Panama City but the beach was nice with great sand. Pineapple Willies and Hammerheads were two good restaurants.

Boardwalk Condos was very comfortable, bigger than what I expected. The full Kitchen and Master bath was great but the best part was the ocean view from the bedroom and the balcony thru the living room. For the drawbacks that was very frustrating was we were only there for two nights and the one, not very big pool was closed. Not sure why. Obviously, we took advantage of the ocean but I'm not an ocean person. I'll walk along the beach but to cool off and take a dip, I would usually go swim in the pool. On top of that, we arrived early and was wanting to check in to the room. The staff was nice giving us our pool and car passes but just said they would call us when the room is ready for us to check into. They never called. We waited 2 1/2 hours and called them. They said it would be another 30 mins. Which by that time it was check-in time. We were hoping at least we could request a later check out time on the day we left. The staff said to call the morning of your departure to request it. So I called at 5:30am. They said the computer was down and to call back in a hour. I called back and they said they couldn't accommodate us. Check-out is at 10am and check-in is at 4pm. I don't understand why they couldn't help us out. So with the pool being closed and the issue with our check-in and out problems I won't recommend this place to others unless they don't care about the service. Because the actual room itself is very nice. It's just disappointing the service didn't match it.

This was a very nice and quite place to visit. the only problem was it was off season, lots o f repairs were being done. Our room was on the top and only one working elevator that was really really slow we decided to walk down the stair rather then wait. At the end of our trip the elevators were working fine.
