Unique Tiki House- Private POOL-Golf cart-Nothing like this!

Why stay in a cramped condo when you can reserve a sprawling 4 bedroom ranch on a double lot with your own PRIVATE POOL and a Tiki Hut. In fact, this whole house is done in a Tiki Theme. There isn't another house this cool on the whole Gulf Coast. We did a complete remodel of this old Florida Style house. But, we kept all of its retro charm and added all of today's modern conveniences. We refurbished the Terrazzo floors and kept the retro green tile in the bathroom. And, we put in a whole new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and even added a brand new pool.
The house is located in the much sought after area of Laguna Beach. It is less than 10 min walk to the beautiful sandy white beaches. We provide beach chairs (10), beach cart, and a cooler so you don't have to cram all those things in your car. And we also have a Golf Cart that you can use to make your trips to the beach easier ($200/fee)
There is a game room with its own 55" TV, a Foosball table, and board games. It even has a door to keep the noise out if you want to put the kiddos in there and not have to hear them. There is also a 55" TV in the living room if the Adults what to do their own thing. But, we have a feeling you will be spending most of your time out at the pool.
We really tried to make this a retreat. We didn't want to rent "a place to stay" while you are at the beach. We wanted it to be as fun as the rest of your vacation.
