2nd time staying, was a great condo for the most part, it had all that we needed.I do have a few complaints - First, the parking pass/wristband situation. Last year It was included in the booking, but this year it was a seperate fee (almost 100) that wasnt even made aware to me until well after the cancellation period. So I was all but forced to go along with it, as I had to pay it if I wanted to be able to park and stay here. This felt like bait & switch. The Park N Spot email came to me on april 20th (just weeks before our trip) it was portrayed very unprofessionally; it came with the wrong dates, no name attached, no property name, etc. Just stated it needed payment for parking at "the property" for check in apr 18 - checkout apr 19 (mind you our stay was May 9 - 16 for a whole week not just a night)This felt like some kinda scam, nothing about it seemed like it was associated to our VRBO which included all of this in the total last year. Screenshot of the email attached.The 2nd complaint is the clothes dryer. It snags ANYTHING with strings and absolutely ruins them. Several swim trunks, bikinis, basketball shorts etc were ruined iver the course of our 2 stays, so alot of these items we had to air dry on the balcony. Final complaint is the TV in the living room is awful; extremely delayed when trying to use to navigate or login to streaming etc. We liked it enough to come back a 2nd time, but things really need to be addressed if we were to return a 3rd time.
