This was a mother's day trip for our mom and sister. It has beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is really outdated. The only new thing was the two brown recliners in the LR. The sofa was dirty and worn out. ECDI did come to clean it and the 4 dining room chairs. But it really needs to be replaced along with most of the other furniture. The king mattress was probably over 30 years old, squeeked as we got into it, and bounced if we moved. It is sunken. It definitely needs to be replaced. No one slept well. It may also be due to the strong WIFI in the building as well. No directions for connecting the TV. I had to call the cable company. The kitchen was not well equipped. ECDI brought in more items like a cutting board, lemon juicer, dish dryer, and extra flatware. We did not even have a cookie sheet to bake pizza in. The washer and dryer did not work. This was a very disappointing condo.
