Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Lovely little condo.
Our first stay at The Summit but certainly won’t be our last! The unit was somewhat dated, yet, charming and comfortable. Stocked with anything you could need to prepare a healthy meal for your family. Very clean! The views were stunning. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The king mattress was absolutely heavenly and the kids said the bunks were cozy, too. The condo offers lots of great amenities. Hosts, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
