Awesome stay, our favorite condo at the Summit this far!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with all the cooking supplies needed, extra blankets, a box fan (we REALLY enjoyed), beach chair, laundry basket, starter toilet paper/paper towels, etc. The rainfall shower is amazing with great water pressure and very clean. The balcony area had plenty of seating and a table. The left side of the bed was very comfy but the right side sloped so was uncomfortable…I just laid more in the middle. We couldn’t get the Roku to work in the living room but we brought our fire stick. Those were the two minor issues. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Fully stocked with all essentials, clean, & comfortable!

The outside of The Summit could use some renovations, however, the condo is wonderful! It was fully equipped with extra pillows and blankets, and iron & ironing board, box fan, hair dryer, lots of towels and wash clothes, laundry + dishwasher pods, sponges, all of the kitchen appliances that you will need, coozies, goggles, board games, a broom, and pretty much anything you will need (at least to get started)! The bed in the room was VERY comfortable. The balcony is quite large, with a good amount of seating, and the view is beautiful! We had no noise complaints, nor any other complaints about our stay! The area was packed with stores, restaurants, and entertainment! The accommodating beach chairs and umbrella (that you don’t have to drag down and set up yourselves) was the icing on my cake. The only “negative” experience that we had was when The Summit had a water leak, causing the water to be shut off for around 3ish hours. However, they quickly explained and fixed the issue. We will definitely be returning for any of our future stays in PCB!

Panama Baseball trip

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had all the necessary items for a great stay. The only compliant were there was sometimes a wait for the elevators and the pools closed at 8pm during our stay rather than the original closing time of 11pm for whatever reason. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a nice touch!!

The condo was clean and comfortable especially for my kids. The only thing that was a little confusing was getting our wristbands because we had to wait till the front desk open the next morning after we got there. Besides that everything was really good! Would definitely come and stay here again.

Condo review

Enjoyed view, and unit, with a few exceptions. The couch, which is a pull out bed style, was not very comfortable. I weigh 175 pounds and felt like I was sitting on the bottom of the cushion, on the side near the hallway. My wife felt there could have been more dishes in the kitchen, and a hand mixer. Other than this, pleasant.

Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in need for relaxation, and that’s what we got. It was our first time to Panama City, and really enjoyed our time there. We have even talked and are thinking about staying again next year. Will be watching to see when it opens out to book for the time. Thank you again!!!

Can’t wait to stay again! Loved the condo. The Summit building has great pools/hot tubs, gyms, bar and great food. Very impressed by the amount of restrooms offered at the resort (very tidy too). Security made you feel safe.

Great Location, Clean, Cute & Gorgeous view

We had 5 in our group and have NO complaints! The condo (#1002) was clean and just like the description said. We enjoyed being away from the hustle & bustle of the Spring Break crowd but were still close enough to jump in, if we wanted to. The host was always ready to answer any questions, the hotel staff/security were friendly. There was plenty of room at the pool so no need to rush down to get a chair! The beach chair rental (included) made things super easy. We will be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spur of The Moment Trip

The room was very clean. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer worked well and is definitely a plus with a family. Great location. Far enough from Pier Park to avoid majority of the traffic, but close enough that it isn't a pain to get to. Bikini Bob's on property was delicious as well. Most of the staff were friendly. Beach was clean, chairs got put away pretty early though. Would definitely stay here again.

The Summit

Finally finding a moment now to write this review for our time at The Summit. Overall, we liked the unit very much and found the unit very clean, comfortable and as pictured. The bed was extremely comfortable. While the building and grounds were a little outdated, the unit itself had been updated. The kitchen was a little tight for two to work in, but we could see that from the pictures. The TV setup was great, one of the better situations we have come across. We had no problems with the elevator, always reliable! We really enjoyed the balcony - spent so much time enjoying the views of the water. The beach was lovely with the whitest sand we have ever seen.
