This was our first family vacation and we found this condo for a good price between spring break and memorial day. Check in was hard - asked for our room number then said it was wrong, started all new check in packet just to say oh wait its not wrong. Gave us the initial packet with our wrist bands and car tag. Get to the room and no one gave us the door code. 23 floors up on a balcony with a 5 and 3 year old on hold with customer support. Finally got told the code. Get inside and the floors are so dirty our feet kept turn BLACK - we wore socks and threw them away because they ruined from the dirt. The king bed is SO HARD. The pillows are SO HARD in the king. I was happy to get back to my own bed. The queen beds were really soft and the pillows were good in there for the kids. Its right on the reach and easy to get out - but the chairs you must rent take the best spots and you have to walk to either side of the lines to set up. Pools were great though! Probably the best part of the place. The restaurant is insanely expensive for what they are selling. The garage gate rarely opened with our wrist bands and we got lucky with workers passing by to let us in. Overall - the beach and pool were fun but the unit was really dirty.
