Welcome to 'Hola Beaches' professionally managed by Stay on 30a! A stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located in the heart of Prominence South. This beautiful home offers ample living space both inside and out, providing plenty of places to gather and enjoy your time in paradise. The open floor plan brings everyone together and the well-appointed kitchen is a cook's dream. Just steps from The Big Chill with restaurants, shops, & events! We include a 6-seater golf cart & bikes to enjoy scenic 30A! Beach access is only a short drive/bike ride away. No need to pack beach gear- we have you covered! If you prefer the pool, relax by the 5,000 sq. ft. community pool!

PARKING
The garage is reserved for the golf cart and bikes. There are 2 driveway parking spaces available. Additional street parking available in front of the house in the gravel spaces.

Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 6 bicycles for your convenience.

To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

PROMINENCE AMENITIES
Prominence on 30A is centrally located and has a variety of on-site and close by amenities that make this community one of the most highly sought-after vacation destinations in 30A. This community features incredible amenities such as: 2 community pools, and a beautiful cabana area for grilling.

THE BIG CHILL (FORMERLY "THE HUB")
The community's town center, called “The Big Chill,” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater. The amphitheater includes a covered event pavilion and is a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. This location is perfect for family outings! Be sure to catch the farmer's market here on Thursdays!

HOTSPOTS NEARBY
The location of Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of popular spots like Seaside and Seagrove Beach to the west and Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture. Seaside also has their own Framer's market!

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
-Deer Lake State Park (0.6 miles west of Prominence) is the nearest beach access. This park has great amenities including: restrooms, parking for golf carts/bikes/cars, and a beautiful walk along a boardwalk that winds through the natural dunes leading to the beach. The State Park charges a “Day Use Fee” of $3/car or $2/bikes or pedestrians for access and parking. Alcohol is not allowed as it is a State Park. It is a bit of a longer walk from parking area to the beach, but it's a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with white sand dunes. The State Park Beach is less crowded than any public beach access points.

-Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.5 miles West of Prominence) has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites!

-Gulf Lakes Estates is a South Walton County beach access (1 mile east of Prominence). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.

-Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (about 3.5 miles). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including patio spaces.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
