This beachfront condo offers a convenient yet quiet location with over 330+ feet of uncrowded white sandy beaches as there are no other condos near or on top of this location! This spacious condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably and offers the perfect vacation for the entire family, a couple, or for anyone who wants to just get away and enjoy the serenity of the Gulf Coast!


The open-concept kitchen and living space lead to the very large balcony as well as the Master bedroom which makes staying in comfort easy. This 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is located on the 7th floor at Ocean Reef and is located directly on the beach with quick & easy access! Our boardwalk has been refurbished Includes: Renovated pool house with showers and restrooms-indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Sparkling gulf front outdoor pool and sundeck, hot tub, gulf view fitness center with treadmills and bikes, BBQ charcoal grills. The indoor pool is heated year round and the outdoor pool is seasonally heated! This condo offers the perfect get away for a couple or the entire family!

This unit has two large master suites, each with private baths. One master bedroom contains a King size bed with a combination tub/shower and combination sinks. The second bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a combination tub/shower.

This unit has a beautiful layout, beach décor, and a spacious open floor plan which allows great entertainment or just pure relaxation. Spend quality time watching the brand new smart firestick ready television all while looking out into the blue emerald sea! Smart televisions are located in every room, which allows you to log in to your favorite apps OR you can simply watch cable television! Large balcony area has patio furniture and lounge chair(s) . The living room and Master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors so all guests can take in the breathtaking views! The living room also has brand new sofas which include a new Queen memory gel foam pull out mattress! Free Wi-Fi included, games, beach toys, and books are also available inside the unit.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and large enough to accommodate everyone. Full size washer and dryer are located in the unit as well. Feel free to bring your beach chairs and umbrellas OR use the complimentary beach services provided and enjoy a private section of Panama City's finest beach areas. You can easily reserve your beach chairs for the duration of your stay at the tiki hut on the beach! Guests also enjoy assigned secure parking for one (1) vehicle in the parking garage with additional parking available if needed.

Ocean Reef is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful, and serene West end. Great location whether you want to enjoy an incredibly dense beach population or stay in the area and take the kids right across the street to have some fun with go karts, mini golf, and an arcade! There is also a shopping and a wonderful donut and coffee shop located across the street and Runaway Island restaurant is just a quick walk over whether by beach or sidewalk! Ocean Reef is a perfect spot for get togethers as we have multiple units available here and also for perfect for a FIREWORK show! You will have the BEST seat on your very own balcony watching fireworks from not one, but two different piers including the fireworks shot off of Pier Park!!!

Had a great time at Oceanfront location. Krystal was an excellent host. Best parts were the view, huge balcony to hang out on, heated pool and the beach being 30 steps away. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Post Covid, Birthday Celebration

This past week was truly a fantastic time, And it was long overdue. Originally, I'd planned to attend the Seabreeze Jazz Festival the year of my sixtieth birthday, but COVID struck, and everything shut down, and I was left to wave from the window of my home. Well, four years later, all systems were going! and I had the vacation of my dreams. The condo accommodations were beautiful! I couldn't have hoped for better. The view was amazing. Every moment was super, and I'd choose to come here year after year!

Perfect Spring Break Respite for Teachers

This is a gorgeous beach theme condo that provides room to relax inside and out. It is close to the elevator and beach and pool and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Krystal and her staff have created a gem of a place for a vacation for friends and family alike. I would definitely return and suggest it for others.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The pictures were exactly as it looked when we arrived. The balcony is AMAZING-overlooks the beach & is huge. We were able to go directly to our room upon arrival, as we were given the code so could bypass “check in.” We’ve had a lot of trouble with elevator waits at other properties but not here! The longest we waited was on a Saturday, but that still didn’t compare. The location is amazing! Close to a lot of things within walking distance & not a far drive to other shops and restaurants. I had a question when we arrived & it was promptly answered by the owners-really appreciated! We will 100% be staying here again.

Perfect Place - Perfect Stay!!

We were excited to find this place on VRBO!! We were arriving early so we texted Krystal and asked if it was okay to check in early and she said sure! That certainly helped as it had been a long drive!! The condo was beautiful and welcoming! It was spacious and well furnished! The view from the balcony is second to none! Krystal responded quickly to any questions I had. Just the kind of property owner you want when you are on vacation!! We loved the place and have intentions of visiting with Krystal again!!

Communication with the owner was great and the unit was just as listed on VRBO. Several places to eat and shop are just a short walk away. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be some more comfortable balcony furniture. It worked for us but having an extra lounger and a couple of extra chairs with padding for the table would have been a plus. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Love Ocean Reef and this condo!

The condo was perfect! Loved the huge balcony! Owners were easy to work with and helpful and available when needed (just a quick question on the TV). Condo is very well supplied with everything, including extra tp, garbage bags, plenty of towels, clothes washing products, dish washing products, bathroom products. Like staying in a 5 star motel! We were very happy with our room, and with the property overall. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could be a little better stocked. We were very happy that the room included two chairs on the beach. The view in the evenings was stunning. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and roomy with enough space for my family to spread out.. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were big. The balcony was huge and the view was perfect! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I read some negative reviews before booking that security was hard to deal with, this was not true at all. Security and property management were so nice and accommodating. They kept the pool area and deck to the beach immaculate. The only very minor negative is the parking spaces in garage are very tight. Our daughter is handicapped, and there are just a few stairs at the end of the deck to the beach, but we managed getting her up and down just fine. This condo comes with complimentary two beach chairs and umbrella which is great! Any questions I had, Krystal responded right away. We will most definitely stay here again!

Great location. Walk across the street Amore for donuts and other eats. If you’re picky bring your own wash clothes (I always do). As with another review the couch and chair need to be replaced (it’s time). The smart TVs take sometime to get to work; no worries for use we spent the most time on the beautiful balcony which is well furnished. Great Stay in PCB!
