What a great place! Just as described in listing except for the fact that the pictures do not give the view the credit it deserves! From the downstairs patio to the upstairs porch, it is stunning and only steps to (what feels like) a private beach! We went during spring break, wanted to stay away from the crowds and this was perfect! Great communication, easy check in and checkout…beach chairs set up for us every day…minutes drive to everything. 100% will book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in the area on a work trip and accidentally came across the unit on Benchmark when shopping for a place to stay. My husband, kids and I had stayed on this property back in the summer so I was familiar with the location. I was surprised to find that Benchmarks rates were far less expensive than what we had previously paid before. I’ll definitely be going through Benchmark again for our travel to the beach!

Great stay!

This is the perfect place to stay on 30A without the tourism of 30A. You're close enough to everything to enjoy it while being separated enough from the busy areas to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great location on the beach with nice home

The home was well updated and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach. It was near by several shopping locations and only a few minutes away from Publix for groceries.

Very nice property

We enjoyed this beachfront townhome with two balconies. Clean inside and out. Easy to beach, easy check in and out. Would stay there again.

Gorgeous view

We loved our stay here. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to seascrest, rosemary and alys beaches. The view is amazing and the easy beach access is too. We used Dillons beach service for chairs on the beach and that made life so easy on vacay. House was clean, bright, and just like the photos.

Perfect walk to the Beach

We loved this property! We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. It was a simple walk down some stairs. It was just small enough that the beach wasn’t too crowded! The unit its self was clean and very roomy! We loved the location on 30A!

Perfect getaway

Property is exactly as shown in pictures. Steps from the beach. Gorgeous views. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, bed was super comfortable. Great location. Close to Rosemary & Alys Beach. Bike rentals and beach rentals available and easy to do! Great stay

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was in a superb location right on 30A with private beach access. My husband and I do wish that the home was stocked with more beach essentials (towels, sunscreen, chairs, etc.) rather than those expenses falling on the renter. Overall, we had a great stay! Waking up every morning to the view from the master bedroom was paradise, and the bed was super comfy!
