Lovely Condo

This condo was perfect for us during our stay. Two single moms with teens who like to be near the busy beach spots. Had a minor maintenance issue during our say which was handled very quickly! Easy communication. Only issue we had was another vacationing couple took our assigned parking spot for the end of our stay and security didn't seem to care and we deserved the spot we paid for. We ended up having to park in a non reserved spot 4 more levels up and made our exit in and out of the garage a real pain especially when we left. Only reason we didnt give it 5 stars!

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo! It was clean and decorated very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed. My only suggestion would be more bath towels and wash cloths in h th e condo. They did have a couple of blankets/sheets in master closet. I would rent this condo again.

Super convenient beachfront resort

This was a good condo for our family of 5 (Kids ages 7, 5, and 2). With the pull-out sofa, everyone slept comfortably. Super convenient walk to the beach and staff were all friendly. Lots of options on the property for coffee, treats, or drinks. The pool was cold, but the kids didn’t mind and the adults got used to it. The hot tub turned into a mini pool on windy days. Overall, we enjoyed our beach vacation, and this was a nice home away from home for the week!

Could really be nice.

There were several deferred maintenance issues. And unit had not been deep cleaned in awhile. One cabinet door kept falling off so I fixed that. Coffee maker did not work. Was expecting more.

Nice Room but overall property below average.

This was our family spring break vacation. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bruce the owner was easy to work with. The only downside to the room was for some odd reason they did not put a door on the owners bedroom bathroom. So everyone needs to leave the bedroom if you want bathroom privacy. Thats hard at night when you get up to use the bathroom and your spouse is sleeping. The real issue was the overall property itself. It’s way overcrowded, elevators take forever, indoor pool and hot tub so crowded it was unusable. The majority workers are not friendly at all, some down right rude.. I believe this is because they have to deal with so many people. Our stay was during spring break and a third of the complex were college spring breakers yelling and screaming at night and a constant smell of weed through out the property. We supposedly had a dedicated parking spot but on three separate days three different cars was parked in our spot all day and night. Obviously the garage workers are not patrolling and checking window parking passes. My family and I have been taking spring and fall break vacations for the last eight years, many times to Fort Myers or Gulf Shores. This was our first visit to Panama and this property. The cleanliness, of the property, worker attitude, other guest and overall vacation experience has been so much nicer at the other locations and properties. We are very unlikely to ever go back to Panama City and Panama Shores. I believe the problem is the property is just too big. If you like staying around large crowds and rude workers then this place is for you.

Great location, clean room.

Overall great property, but the front office is not looking to assist you in anyway. Im sure they know you didn’t rent directly from them so they were zero help, and very unfriendly. Property manager was great!

Great Condo, even better owner!

The condo was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owner is excellent, from the time we booked till the time we checked out! 3rd floor condo is super convenient considering elevators were packed and sometimes not operating. Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was age appropriate for all of our children. The live music was very good and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on our balcony listening at night.

Loved our stay

This property was super clean and exactly as pictured. We were very happy with this condo and the resort. So close to everything and very clean and nice . We are definitely coming back. Can't wait.
