Great family condo

My family enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. It was close to all of our favorite spots and the kids loved the pool.

Views of beach & ocean from condo are incredible & condo is very nice! Elevator in condo is slow and parking is tight but really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous views and perfect location

Excellent condo. The unit has a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. Exactly as described. Very clean. Great location. Our family loved staying here and how close it was to Pineapple Willys. Will definitely be visiting again!

Very clean

Everything we needed was located in the room. Everything was very clean and easy access. The elevators were terrible one was broke closer to us so it took forever but that had nothing to do with the condo. Perfect. Although we couldn’t get the balcony to lock.

Great Experience!

Condo was Beautiful so was the view!! Clean and one of the best stocked we have stayed at in a very long time. The Rental company was easy to get a hold of and the staff at Shores of Panama were excellent! Only thing that would have made it better would be deep pocket sheets, the sheet set was too little and the corners kept coming off. We bought some and used them after the first night but have a King size bed at home so didn’t mind. Second would be to add a lounger to the porch. Other than those suggestions it was an Amazing and relaxing vacation!!

Nice location

The elevators and walkways are terrible. Unpainted changes in walkways are hazardous and poorly illuminated. The elevators are constantly out. There are about 1000 units on 23 stories and 4-6 elevators. The parking deck is a miniature design.

PCB Shores of Panama

I have been coming to PCB for years and unfortunately this was the worst experience. The condo itself was nice. The parking garage is horrid very little space to park your vehicle and very tight space to drive. The elevator situation is the worst I have EVER encountered. This condominium has 23 floors with only 6 elevators. We had to wait at the elevator for over an hour at check out with a baby. We finally starting taking bags down by way of the stairs after we moved our vehicle to a closer floor. On our very first day the pool was closed for cleaning but still looked cloudy and dirty. I will never stay here again. What was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation turned into a stressful nightmare.

Overall the place was nice. It was clean and the bunk bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of items in the kitchen. We enjoyed the view from the top floor. We have stayed at this property before and had a better experience previously. The property itself is wonderful and has great amenities! Some cons: The tv in the living room is tiny and broken, so it’s unable to turn off/on, also not a smart tv so channels were limited. Everytime you open the freezer ice will spill out. Keep in mind that this unit is on the top floor (23), so be prepared to wait quite a while for the elevators. You will have to park on another floor and it’s a bit in of a maze getting to the room. The lock on the door did freeze up at one point and wouldn’t let us in the room but I was able to figure out how to reset it. The property owners were responsive. We were very excited when we were offered an extra night at a great discount. After we agreed to this, I got a text the next day saying someone else booked the room so we couldn’t stay anymore. We had already rearranged our schedules and cancelled appointments at home, gotten extra groceries, so it was very disappointing and unfair. I understand they would make more money off of a new booking than us, but I think it was very rude to take that back. We will definitely be back to the resort because we love it there, but will stay at a previous room we used!

Never again!

Room 2330. The living room furniture was filthy dirty and worn out. The floors were so filthy my wife had to sweep and mop them herself; so bad the bottom of our feet were black from the floors. The hall shower outside lower strip had mold growing on it. The room owner and cleaning service should ashamed of themselves. The facility elevators are inadequate for the volume of guest on the property. The parking garage handicap parking is extremely limited and availability on a first come first serve basis, no reserved handicap parking. We were park in a handicap spot near the elevator once. Upon arrival you are required to pay a $75 dollar amenity fee. Haven't figured out what amenities . This is just an upcharge to get more money from you. I must say we did have a great view from the balcony of the beach. The pool area and beach was nice. We also had great communication with the Vacations Perfected property representative (Grace) prior to arrival and upon departure. Thank You Grace!
