Our honeymoon

We were over joyed with the place and everything. It was everything we needed and more. The Shores of Panama is where we will be staying when we come to PCB. It was our honeymoon and everyone was so nice.

it was just me and my husband and the condo was perfect for us. everything was nice and neat. little musky at first but it got better. we would definitely stay again but not during spring break.

Great Stay!

Property is convenient to local restaurants and attractions. Security was superb! We enjoyed the on-site bar and concession stand. The assigned parking spot was nice! Owner was very communicative and attentive. The only room for improvement would be having somewhere to place the luggage other than the living room. Would definitely re-book!

Great Communication!

Very thoughtful host! I originally booked the second floor (I hate elevators)! The host notified me that there was construction going on outside my balcony and offered to change our room to the 21st floor for no additional charge! She assured me the elevators were fast in off season and she was right! Beautiful view! Nice condo! Great communication!

The overall value of this stay was good. It was overall clean but could have used a little more. There was not anything necessarily wrong with the room or the whole condo, but they both could have used some TLC. The outdoor amenity area was the nicest thing about the condo

October week in PCB

Great location. Walk to WalMart, Drugstore, Liqueur Store. Several real nice shops across the street. Park right on your condo floor! Super cool Pool with sandwich/snack bar. Tiki bar. Right on the beach. Great view. Will be back for sure.

Great stay!

The condo was just as advertised & communication was wonderful! Amenities that we needed were there however the condo doesn't seem to breathe and smelled musty. I would recommend replacing the bath towels as they are worn. The condo worked for our stay, and we loved being on the 2nd floor and reserved parking spot. The resort is tired, common areas dirty as well as one of the indoor pools. Security & staff were mute and pointed without using their words when asked a question. We did notice that they have started making repairs and improvements so hopefully that helps future guests. PCB is a wonderful beach and we were thankful for our warm, sunny stay!

Very relaxing in a lovely apartment.

The property is very impressive. Beautiful views. Close to good restaurants---even within walking distance. We enjoyed walking around the property. The pool area was great with a bar and a grill.

We Loved staying at this Condo the Location is the Best , convenient to the pool and beach . The place was clean , had everything we needed and host contact was super fast and easy . I would definitely recommend this unit as we have stayed at The Shores many times .

Great Beach

Great beach! Easy access to your assigned parking spot and easy access to the beach! We loved that the unit had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Rental manager was always available to answer any questions we had. She even helped us out with our TV on a FaceTime call.

First we were charged a 300$ deposit the day before our arrival that we were not aware of and did not approve of. Then on the day of our arrival we made it to town 2 hours before the listed check in time so we reached out to the property manager to see if we could check in early and we were told that the property was being cleaned and we would be sent the door code when it was ready. That is fine, it came to be about 15 minutes before check in time so we reached out again to see if our room would even be ready by our check in time and we were very rudely told that that she already told us that she would send the code when it is ready. So finally we received the code 1 minute before check in time, we go up to the condo and it is very clear that nobody had been there cleaning it. It did not smell like cleaning supplies what so ever and there were very unused cleaning supplies in the closet. We drove 15 hours to vacation in this condo and we were left sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours just because of a specific check in time. And I know that isn’t normal we stay in 10-15 hotels and condos per year this was just to be rude and showed very little customer service. And lastly we were on our stay here when the hurricane had a possibility of coming our way and not one person reached out to us for any reason other than to tell us to put their outdoor cushions inside. Not to check on us, not to give any advise or anything. I would never use this company Again.
