The neighborhood is so cute! We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was equipped with all cooking necessities. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for our stay. We loved the pool and beach access!

This was the perfect place for a family. It was spacious and comfortable while being close to the beach and the pool. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our second stay with this host. They are very informative and easy to get in touch with. The property is exactly as pictured online very clean and a great layout for big families. We also used the included bikes which was a wonderful plus for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location!

This property in Seacrest Beach was perfect for our family of 5. It was appointed, clean and hand plenty of space for everyone. We were close to the pool, beach and so many great restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and public and private beach access. House was great size and exactly like the pictures. Had to call management for clogged tub and they came right out. I would highly recommend this property!

A beautiful property!!

Great for a family. It has a well equipped kitchen!! The location can’t be beat, with nice neighborhoods. Our teenagers rode bikes all over the place! Very safe. Close to the beach!

Great Stay!

We stayed for 8 nights in May of 2025. The house was fantastic and just as good as advertised. Every room has a balcony, and it became a game to see which balcony we could have coffee on each morning. I loved the very private backyard, and the pool is much closer than you would think. Also, I would note that the bikes are managed by a third party which means they're in tip top shape. We will likely try to return to this very home next year.

Seacrest review-October 2022

The host was very helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute change to our reservation and the host was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, and the layout was comfortable and accommodating for our family. We really enjoyed the porches!

Property was as advertised. Perfect location 4 minute walk to pool. Beautiful, clean and kitchen was stocked better than any house we have rented before. Property manager was very easy to work with. I would recommend this house and would definately stay here again. Steve Thomasville, Ga.

birthday surprise

I rented this house as a surprise for my Wife and Daughter for their birthdays that are a day apart. The house is the perfect large beach house. All 3 floors have their own rooms with private bathrooms. The top floor will be your spot if you dont mind climbing stairs like the wife and I. Thanks we enjoyed it!

Great house but beach access was not the best!

This home and location were great! Very clean with all the supplies needed! The one draw back was beach access! The area for this neighborhood to use is very small and controlled by the beach chair company. So unless you are willing to pay for a chair or drive to the public beach, be ready to sit far from the water.

Fabulous Family Beach Retreat!

This house and community is spectacular and has everything you need for an enjoyable beach retreat! The house itself is amazing with 3 stories, multiple balconies, spacious rooms and every possible amenity. The community is also top shelf — from one of the best resort style pools we have ever seen to the private beach to the shops and restaurants within walking distance, Seacrest Beach truly has it all! Even a convenient shuttle that will take you anywhere — we never had to wait more than 3 minutes and, get this, the drivers were actually friendly, competent, and helpful. Our family goes on at least 2 big vacations every year and we all agreed this was probably the best end to end experience we’ve ever had. We definitely plan to return to Seacrest Beach, possibly making it an annual trip. We would definitely stay at this beautiful and comfortable home again!

Nice House Away from the Busyness

Overall the property was very nice. The rooms were spacious for two families with little kids. Great area to ride bikes around and centralized. Two things I would point out that were almost deal breakers was that 1) internet was very slow. If you need fast and reliable internet, this is not the place. Though I am not sure it’s just the house. All over 30A we had bad service. 2) The pool Is not heated. This was a big deal since we were planning on pool days. I think the listing said it was not headed but it should say what temperature you should expect it at, to set your expectations correctly. The ocean was 5-6 degrees warmer in March. If you don’t plan on the pool during winter or spring months, then this is a great house.
