Let's start with the bed. It was more of a futon and was very uncomfortable. Very noisy too. The sink did not drain very well. The toilet paper holder was dangling from the cabinet. The bathroom cabinets and bathroom need a much needed paint job. The tub and shower need serious updating. The provided internet was lousy. I could barley stream anything. We expected more from The Villages. We will not return to this unit.

Needs updating

The property needs updating. The AC doesn’t work properly and the unit I very hot. The fan is about to break is it makes a very loud constant rattling sound. The freezer was frozen shut and the shower water doesn’t have good pressure. The unit needs work.

Great location, just okay apartment

The photos make this place look amazing, however the place could really use some TLC. The HVAC system was acting up so we notified the mgmt, however they did have someone stop by to check it out (they left their tool behind so we know they did). They notified us that they would bring a portable AC unit, however it was never brought and the HVAC was never fixed. The ceiling fan was nice though with super high speed! We were only there 3 nights so it wasn’t a big deal, but we definitely would not wanted to be there more than that. Luckily the weather was good so we really only were in the apartment to sleep and shower. It was super close to everything.and parking was easy!
