We really enjoyed our stay overall! The location was great, the condo was clean, and we had a nice time.There were two things that could definitely be improved. First, communication with the property manager/host was difficult. Responses took days, and when I did hear back, I was simply directed to contact the cleaning person without any follow-up or assistance. I ended up reaching out myself—the cleaning person was very kind and responsive—but the lack of support from the host was frustrating.Second, the shower was very difficult to use. It would only work properly if turned a very specific way, otherwise it just dripped. We managed, but updating or repairing the faucet would make a big difference for future guests.Aside from those issues, we had a good stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location.

We absolutely loved this condo, it is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean and has the beach out your back door. Don't be fooled by the outside, which isn't really too bad, because once you get inside it is great. The bed is super comfortable and the views are perfect. You are centered around anything and everything you could want to be, with Pier Park just a few minutes away. We will be visiting this condo again in the near future!

Very clean and nice wirh a wonderful view. Just enough soace for our mini trip. Only problem we had was there was no tissue in the unit and the bed wasnt made up for us before arrival. We didnt bother the owner because those are simple things we could handle. But all in all nice unit, dont let the outside appearnce of the condos fool you because it doesnt do the inside justice.

Check in was super easy. The directions were easy and the code for the key pad code was available as soon as check in started. It’s quiet, clean, the community is very friendly. Phenomenal location. Walmart is 5 minutes away. We had ages from 5-66 and everyone was happy and comfortable. We will definitely be back during peak season!

I didn’t get a chance to check in; the host canceled my stay as soon as I got there to find out people was already staying there. I tried texting and calling the host but didn’t get ANY feedback until I was alerted of the cancel. I’m thankful that I received my full refund but never would I have anything GOOD to say about this spot. DON’T DO IT!

Very clean and ready a couple hours early to get into condo. Love the location and view. Complex very well maintained. Loved the expanded bathroom and shower. Cons: Living room with ONLY a futon and no other furniture at all and was very uncomfortable each night to sit on. No other chair at all except bar stools. This was a real disappointment. Also no coffee table or end tables either. Bedroom without any end tables and had to use my cooler as a table to place my CPAP at bedside.
