Would Definitely Recommend

First, the management is a perfect 10. They worked with us throughout all the reschedules with the Coronavirus. They answered every email in a timely matter could not ask for better. Could not ask for a cleaner condo which smelled amazing when we arrived. The condo was well stocked with all the comforts of home. The only comments I would make is that the dryer had issues but he issued a partial refund which we didn't ask for and it was appreciated. I would suggest maybe upgrading the bathrooms, though they were very clean and functional and the showers had amazing water pressure, it just didn't fit the luxury of the rest of the condo. The icemaker was amazing and did a great job keeping up (big thing for us) My personal thing that is just for me is maybe a larger tv in the spare room. There is not always kids in the guest room. Us older people need a bigger screens. The elevators did give us fits. Took us 6 try's several times during our stay to get from our floor down to the parking level due to only one elevator was working but it was no fault of the condo owner. Would recommend this condo hands down and would also recommend visiting the following restaurants if you go there: Dee's Hangout, Triple J's Steakhouse, Pompeo Joes, and Bayou Bills Crab House. A Super Walmart is 1/2 mile away. Couldn't ask for more convenience. Thanks to Shaun for making our trip enjoyable and I would definitely rent it again.

Family vacation amidst Hurricane Sally

The check in was seamless and the cleanliness of the condo was superb! Working with Shaun was a breeze and she even checked on us to make sure we were okay during the landfall of hurricane Sally. Despite having to spend majority of our week indoors we still enjoyed ourselves. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to be back again soon with better weather!

Awesome condo!

We extended our stay in PCB because of an impending hurricane at home. We were able to book this beautiful condo quickly and easily. This place was better than we imagined. The views, the HUGE balcony, the furnings....all exceeded our expectations! Cannot wait to go back and stay there again.

ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE BEACH

Shaun was great to work with as we had some issues but taken care of. Great unit and great location. Overall enjoyed our stay. Only reason I didnt score a 5 overall were due to those issues.

Very nice.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean. The only issues my family had was we had to wash towels & washcloths daily because there is only enough for daily showering. The other issue was that the cable TV in the bedrooms only have a few channels available. We loved having the beach chairs with our rental. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will be back! 🐬

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay in Panama City Beach! This condo is beautiful and was super clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is to die for! We saw a school of stingrays just about every morning in the water from our condo. Not to mention the super white sand and clear water is breathtaking! I didn't want to leave at all. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much to the owners for letting us stay in your condo, our vacation was perfect!

Great place and location - near most anything you would need. Only a couple of very small issues. The owner needs to provide more steak knives and BBQ tongs. We highly recommend this Condo!!!!!!!!!!!

Balcony was the best part!! The accommodations were exactly as expected, kitchen was well stocked and having the beach chair rental was a huge bonus! Ocean Villa did an excellent job a keeping the grounds clean and they took pride in appearance. Highly recommend and when you get there enjoy the balcony with the comfy chairs and watch a beautiful sunset! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Ocean Villa February 2018

We checked in on February 24 and out on March 3, 2018. As with most ocean front vacations an abundance of people are heading toward the beach for the weekend. While the inland side of the high rise was bumper to bumper when we arrived at this unit we were delighted to see how un-populated the beach was. The unit is equipped with everything we needed and in excellent condition. The balcony is very large and could easily accommodate 8 people both in seating available and size. Daily we enjoyed walking on the beach, sunning on the balcony or by the beautiful pool, listening to or gazing at the gulf. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a grill onsite, we dined out and in. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

Disappointing

When we arrived the hall light in the entrance of the condo was out. We weren't able to find any replacement bulbs (flood light type) in the condo so we didn't have any light when we first entered the condo or in the laundry closet area for the entire seven nights we were there. The balcony light was also out. We were able to find a replacement bulb for it and the dining room light that was out. But who wants to replace bulbs on their vacation? Not me. There was pink mold around the base of the toilet and on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. A/C is rigged to not allow you to set it below 70 degrees. Our unit often failed to get below 73 even on days when it rained and we spent the entire day inside with the doors shut. I emailed our point of contact right before we arrived to ask about the on site gym but never received a response. We liked PCB and plan to return in the future, just not to this particular condo.
