The elevators were broken down only one was operational for that large complex and this is nothing new for the building. It’s been ongoing for sometime now we learned through employees and owners that there’s always issues with the elevator. This is unacceptable given the size of the building and as many floors as it has, I have back problems and it’s not easy for me to take the stairs, so I was very disappointed with the stay.

Refreshing for Our Souls

We recently lost a family member, and the last place we stayed was Ocean Reef resort. So coming back to Ocean Reef we weren’t sure how we would feel, but our stay was healing for our entire family.The condo was wonderful and had everything you needed! We were able to cook any meal that we wanted to cook with the dishes and kitchenware already located in the condo. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was also so nice as we were able to do laundry throughout the week! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view and location of the property is ideal for PCB!! The owners are super nice, professional, and prompt to respond to any question you may have!! We hope to visit again!!

Awesome place to stay.

The condo is beautiful and roomy. The patio is amazing. The furnishings are very nice and we loved the place overall. The location was great and easy to navigate around. The beach was awesome and having beach chairs included was a huge plus!

One of my favorite rentals! Completely renovated, clean, and comfortable. The balcony is fabulous!!! The parking garage is a bit tight for an SUV, but luckily, we visited during an off season week. This was a girls trip, and we will be back to rent this condo!!!

Wonderful Beach Condo on PCB

The condo came just as advertised and my family had a terrific stay during our Spring Break. The furnishings were nice and the unit was very clean.I especially liked the balcony access from the primary bedroom suite. The kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony was very nicely appointed and living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The rental comes with two beach chairs and umbrella which we used every beach day. And, the designated parking spot was a nice touch since you didn’t have to search for parking every day.This rental is privately owned, so you communicate directly with the owners who were very available. We didn’t have any issues, so we didn’t need anything, but assistance was just a text away.The condo is located in the middle of PCB, so pretty much everything from restaurants to Pier Park were just a short distance away.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress free week on the beach.

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Reef during the last week of March. Our accommodations were top notch. The unit was comfortable, well maintained and well stocked. A high degree of care was taken to anticipate every need. We had questions upon arrival and the response time was impressive. If you are looking for a beach destination with amazing views, you will not be disappointed with this unit. We would not hesitate to spend time at this facility in the future.

Our new favorite!

Ocean Reef 803 from Tranquil Beach condos lives up to the name-Tranquil. The unit is decorated in soft coastal tones, furnished beautifully, including lovely granite countertops. Comfortable beds, fine linens, and thick towels rivaled a luxury hotel. And the deck-what a treat! Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were excellent, quick to respond to every inquiry. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again!

Lovely Condo

My boyfriend & I stayed a week & the condo was exactly as pictured. Balcony was super nice & extra big in comparison to other properties we’ve rented. Host were very responsive with questions we had. The condo itself was nicely decorated and we appreciated the extras that most owners don’t offer, i.e., toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner.

Fabulous!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation. We spent so much time on the large patio enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Every morning we watched for dolphins and found that they were swimming right outside our condo. The sand is great the beach location is great the condo is clean and very welcoming. Definitely check out Amore donuts across the street
