Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went with a family vacation with 3 grown children, spouses and grandchildren. The amount of space worked great and the pool was a huge bonus. There was only a very short walk to beach access. We will definitely stay here again.

LOCATION was great, across the street was public access to amazing beach. Our pool was very private, and we ate meals on the deck.The only snafu was that the key box didn't sync and we couldn't unlock our door from the outside. That meant someone had to stay back and/or leave house open when we left. Also, someone had to wait for the maintenance man the following day.

AMAZING!

We loved the location of this beach house. The private pool was perfect. The beach is right across the street and the road is not busy at all! Nothing like the chaos closer to Front beach central. The restaurant 1 block away "Bayou Bills" has live alligators you can feed! Its a more private location so we found tons of shells.The house had everything stocked. Thanks for having us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not very clean. It is in desperate need of new furniture-the small loveseat and one big chair are in really bad shape. There isn't enough seating in the living area. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Someone from your company showed up after 9 pm on the day we checked in and rang the doorbell--I am assuming this was to make sure that we were not a bunch of under age teens/college students partying there, but that was wildly inappropriate at that time of night. It was obviously very quiet and nothing going on at the property when that man showed up and he made me very uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is that I left a makeup bag with expensive makeup by accident. I never heard back from anyone about whether my bag was found. I can only assume that it was stolen by housekeeping.
