The condo itself was great! However, the elevators at this location not so much. There are three elevators and the first day only two were working after that there was only ONE elevator working the rest of time we were there and we had to walk 10 flights of stairs multiple times!!

Location of this rental is a "10". Our second year at Ocean Reef, and we enjoyed the time just as much. Great places in walking distance for food and fun! Beach is beautiful and well kept. The Unit worked perfectly for 2 people as well as with family visiting. A smaller condo where the beach is never crowded ... Will return again next year! Loved our month in "paradise."

We really enjoyed staying at this condo and it lived up to the listing description. The balcony was large, and the outdoor furnishing were comfortable. The location was close to Pier Park and liked that we could walk to a nice restaurant/bar that was next door. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained. The parking garage was a little challenging for a larger vehicle, but it was nice to have a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo. The pictures on VRBO are accurate as of this review. It is tastefully decorated, promoting a relaxing and fun beach feel. The unit was clean, and the furniture and bedding were both comfortable and in good condition, as was the patio furniture.
The unit is centered on the 10th floor and located directly (and conveniently) in front of the three-elevators. It was very quiet during our stay. The parking spot for this unit is on the 2nd floor, making the exit from the building fast and easy. The view from the large and spacious outdoor patio overlooking the beach and ocean is really great (not too high and not too low), just right. Owner has provided multiple nice seating options, too. Bring your binoculars for spotting sailboats and ships far out on the horizon.
The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We only used the owner-provided beach chairs with umbrella one time, but you could save a lot of money using those instead of the very expensive beach chair rental (44-per day (w/tax) for a pair of chairs and one umbrella).
The indoor and outdoor pool areas at level one were nice and clean. It's also a short and easy walk (1-min.) to the soft sandy beach once you exit the elevator.
Communication with mgt. was easy. We've stayed at Ocean Reef many times and this unit is really nice!
Restaurants in the area we highly recommend: Runaway Island (next door to Ocean Reef), C-Level, Saltwater Grill, and Captain Anderson's.
