1. A/C on and it was 44 degrees outside. Thermostat had a secret code to make adjustments. Seriously no A/C was needed. There were only two extremely think blankets and I froze for entire stay. 2. Stainless appliances were dirty on the outside and really gross 3. Air vents lots of dirt around them. Making me question the quality of the air I was breathing in the unit 4. Window treatments were transparent and you could see inside unit during the day and night.

Very clean 1 bedroom apartment. There were 3 adults and there was plenty of room. Had everything we needed except there was only two bath towels for 3 people. One of us had to use a beach towel. Loved the back patio. Check in was a breeze and the host had a welcome pack of goodies for us. The blinds in the front window are cute, but very thin and when the light is on at night, you can see through them. Also, very tight parking. We had 1 vehicle (Toyota 4Runner) and the concrete wall made it difficult to open the passenger side door all the way. The beach is just a short walk. No need to drive. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, affordable, and close to beach and restaurant. We went to enjoy the beach for a couple of days, not to judge the gulf coasts' most beautiful condo.

Lovely stay in PCB

Mighty Little Beach is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment that is just a few blocks off the main roads and about a mile from Pier Park. Great location if you looking for a place with a little more breathing room than the local hotels where people are packed in. There are no crazy house maintenance requests from the owners, just the reasonable "leave it better than you found it" standards. We were lucky enough to visit between Bike Week and Iron Man, so the city and beach were laid back and fairly quiet. Local suggestions: Dog-beach - right next to the Pier and a great place to see furry friends playing in the sand and water. Seafood: Buddy's Seafood Market right up the road will sell you a pound of shrimp and steam it for you. Captain Anderson's is expensive, but has great ambiance, accommodating staff and excellent food. Get the crab fingers (and don't miss the key lime and silk pies for dessert).

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a cute and comfy place! It was perfect for us…. and convenient to everything. We were very pleased! Just right for a couple…any more would be a little crowded, We loved it and certainly hope to return!

The place was great. Walking distance to the beach. We had trouble with the code not working when we arrived but they were able to get it fixed the next day. Would most definitely stay here again.

Convenient!

Pros: Very cute little unit! Any more than 2 people would be a squeeze, it’s basically just a long hallway, but that’s just what we needed. Great location and a driveway for parking, we walked to the restaurant “Sandbar” and it was super good. Also walking distance to Winn Dixie and Dominos. It was extremely clean and the host consistently messaged to make sure everything was perfect. Cons: Bed is small, the AC was locked at 73, and the bedroom gets warmer than the rest of the unit. (She was super nice so I’m sure she would’ve changed the AC if I asked, but I kept forgetting bc we weren’t there until late night and I didn’t wanna message too late) You can clearly hear the pool parties going on on the other half of the house bc you basically share a backyard, so that was a little weird but that’s okay. Your patio here is super privacy fenced you just obviously can’t stop the noise. The blinds are totally see through at night at the front of the house so that was a little uncomfortable. It needs curtains. Overall, would recommend to friends!

Location... location... location

I enjoyed my stay at the mighty vacay... Just what I needed... Everything from start to finish was top of the line.. Any concerns or questions Yvette responded quickly, Thank you Yvette... Panama is growing so fast so the construction wasnt a concern because the duplex sits in a area that is one block from front beach road and one block from back beach road.. you can avoid all the construction if you use the alternate routes.. you couldnt get lost even if you tried..the location was really within walking distance to beach and Winn Dixie.. Everything I needed and wanted was there in the duplex, even extras like towels,bed linen, pillows and a blanket. I needed it all, and it was there for the using. My only regret was that I didnt get to throw some food on the bbq grill, It was there waiting .. just not enough time for it all. Smooth easy check in /out.. Wonderful time indeed! Definitely will return in the future..

Not clean

When we checked into house , the picture shows on the website that there is a pool but there really is no pool, it’s deceptive in the picture. The house wasn’t very clean but owners want to charge you if you do anything wrong as far as cleanliness, even called and left a message and they would’ve sent somebody to clean but it was our last day . The house attached on the other side had 20 people in their and were very noisy the whole time.

Great location , cozy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very cozy property, just enough space for the two of us. Location is very close to beaches, shopping, and awesome restaurants. Property owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Only negative would be If the adjoining house is also occupied it can be a little noisy.
