View of the beach is 5-star. The beach itself is fantastic...light traffic and great location.Landscape clean up due to overgrowth on front and rear stairs is needed.If you like super soft beds...this is your place.

The house was perfect for our college baseball team! There were plenty of beds, and the beach chairs and toys in the closet were a great bonus. The host was very responsive and easy to connect with. Check in and check out was seamless and easy. One thing to note is that you need to go outside to move between the first and second floor, but this was not a problem at all. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful place. Only thing I would say needs to change is amount of towels, dish rags and washcloths. Other than that well stocked kitchen (we needed a pizza cutter but we made a knife work lol) very clean unit. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fantastic! We had a college baseball tournament over spring break, and this rental was perfect for our team. Right on the beach with great views, and the owner is very responsive to messages. The beach toys and chairs in the porch closet were a great bonus for our group, and we really enjoyed our time here. One thing to note is that you have to go outside to move between the first and second floor. We definitely recommend Dusty's Oyster Bar for some local fare and visiting the shops at Pier Park. We plan to stay here again next year!

Spacious and great location

Plenty of space for the all of us, including 6 adults and 5 teenagers. Also, it is only seconds from the beach. Very enjoyable time!

Spring Break

Stayed here with friends over spring break and the house was perfect. The place was super nice, clean and spacious. It fit everything and everyone we needed it too. It was in a great location being 5 minutes from Pier Park and other fun locations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing! Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect. The property also had all sorts of beach stuff including chairs, coolers and sand toys for the kids. We look forward to staying at this property next year!!

Perfect spot

WE were in town working the motorcycle rally, and will certainly stay here again. Right on the beach with private walk, and a grocery store/ spirits is right across the street. The place is beautiful with plenty of room. A huge family could stay here and all have a place to sleep. Love this place.

Great Location, well furnished and clean

We had a short stay for a family celebration. We enjoyed dinner at Salty Sues and spent the evening people watching at Pier park. The kids loved being right on the beach which made it easy for us to just watch them from the decks. House is spacious with comfortable furniture.

Spring break trip, perfect place!!

I stayed here with some friends for a week on spring break and we had the best time! Location was absolutely perfect, quiet little strip of beach, close to grocery & restaurants. Parking is a maneuver so don’t recommend bringing more than 1 car (we had 3). Plenty of room for everyone!

Tell me why to will not receive a refund?The kitchen light didn’t work. They came in 3 times to fix. They rigged it with another light that was plugged into the microwave receptacle. I have pictures of the broken chair when I walked in. I also have pictures of the light. The workers came into my house while I was getting into the shower. I was told I would have a phone call prior to them arriving.

What a beautiful week

The property sits on a quieter part of the beach which was definitely preferable for our group. Appliances are well updated and furniture was very comfortable. We also really appreciated the grill and the decks. Can't recommend this property enough. Hard to pass up a townhouse that is truly beachfront. Also very conveniently near the Wynn Dixie. Definitely recommend trying Muy Wayne O's when you are here as well. Parking is tight, which is definitiely something to keep in mind, but we were able to manage alright.
