Our forever vacation home

We have made this our Panama City vacation home. We have tried several others but after staying here we have decided to make this our place to stay every year. Perfect location with perfect views, quiet and feels like home.

Truly enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed including beach chairs/toys/blankets/umbrellas. It was very easy to get to beach as well as stores and restaurants. Would return again!

Wonderful, Beautiful, Clean, Awesome Place!!!!

My wife and the dogs were here in Sept 2018 for 4 nights and enjoyed it so much, Very nice place on all fronts, covered parking garage, stairs and elevator, great view from balcony, good wifi and tv options. Would recommend to anyone, Check in is seamless too. Great hosts and no issues during our stay here.Thanks for letting our family enjoy your property!

Great stay for family fun

Had a great time! Was upset with a few things such as jacuzzi tub not working and some rubber coming off back door and bathroom door not shutting. Other than that it was great!

We loved the unit. Plenty of room and great location. Great price. The furniture (couch and beds) could use replacing, not very comfortable. Overall good place to stay. Will do so again.

Weekend trip

It's a great stay. The only things was that I was unsure of was which unit I was staying in and I couldn't get thru the front door of the lobby because after you enter the code you were suppose to press the ✔️ button on the pad but the code instructions didn't mention that. Once that was done, everything else was great.

Beachside Treat

Good location and great layout. The garage was nice to have and there was plenty of beach gear that we didn’t have to bring or buy any. Only frustrating feature were all of the door codes. You had to make sure you had them with you or you were locked out. We did finally memorize all of them two days before we left.

Great Time!

My family and I enjoyed the property. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Any question I had for management was answered in a friendly and timely manner. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the lack of a sufficient number of face and bath towels (if the place sleeps 10, I would think there woud be at least 1 per person) and toilet tissue. It was not a big problem that a quick trip to Walmart didn't solve. I would definitely rent again.

Beach Fun

The location of this property to the beach is awesome! This place was so roomy for our family. The a/c was not working, and RealJoy offered to move us to another location on Saturday. Thankfully our first night was a cool night and we were able to raise the windows. On Saturday, maintenance brought us some portable a/c units that kept the place nice and cool. Not sure why maintenance bring those portable a/c units on Friday and plugged them in so the place would be cool upon arrival. Overall our family stay was good. The kids really enjoyed the beach.

Perfect Location!

Property was clean and well kept. Super convenient location. Do not rely on elevator. It didn’t work properly the whole time we were there and my parents ended up getting stuck in it and having to call 911. The rental company was very responsive and prompt trying to correct the elevator issues but we were counting on the elevator working for my parents and it was very very hard for them to climb 4 flights of stairs to and from the unit.

“Steps to the beach, endless gulf view and pet-friendly!”

My family stayed at Villasea for two months and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious, well appointed and perfect for larger families...including pets! The location is perfect with shopping, dining, and Pier Park all less than 5 minutes away. The beach is across the street and the view from the living room is the Gulf of Mexico as far as you can see. Actually, the view of almost every window is the gulf. Our favorite activity was sitting on the porch listening to the waves crash. We cooked both Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner at the condo and had every single thing needed to prepare both meals! The beds were all comfy and the master bedroom has a cozy sitting area with a sofa for tv watching or reading. There's a huge brand new led tv in the living room that is great for movie time. Best of all you get the view and sounds of being gulf front without the lengthy walkover from a parking deck and there's never a wait at the elevator!
