Esta es la unidad perfecta para recién casados, recién casados o familias pequeñas. Este condominio de un dormitorio totalmente amueblado tiene capacidad para 2-6 (cama King, 2 literas con cortina y sofá cama Queen) es una codiciada unidad del extremo oeste del pequeño complejo. Beautiful view, comfy and relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Diana's place. Beautiful views from the balcony, super convenient beach access, comfortable and clean accommodations. Location is great - close to Rosemary Beach as well as plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store is a short drive away. We loved our stay!

Excellent view and location!

The view was exactly what we needed during our spring break! A couple days were too windy for the beach so relaxing on the deck was the perfect option with the ocean views. The location was great and the venue was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

Charming Condo on the beach

The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we could want. The gulf front view is beautiful since the unit is on the west end of the complex. Would love to stay here again!

Stay at Sandy Bottom

Our check-in was seamless, the unit was clean and well prepared. The view of the ocean and beach was perfect as well as the direct access and as short walk. Seacrest is perfectly nestled between the busier and crowded neighborhood beaches.

Would stay there again!!!

Everything was just great. We stayed just a long weekend. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also perfect! Watched dolphins swim by each morning while drinking coffee on the deck. Private beach was great. No overcrowding at all!

I am very happy with my stay on this condo. The balcony view is espectacular, total view of the beach. All you need in the condo, very clean and confortable. The communication with the owner was fast and effective and very friendly. It will be my favorite place on Seacreast beach from now.

Amazing View and great location

I really enjoyed my week at this property. In addition to the wonderful view, I'll have to give it an A+ for the well stocked kitchen. I usually bring half my kitchen to the beach because many of these properties have just the bare essentials. This unit had everything I needed and then some. Great job!

4 day get away

The location is lovely especially being a corner unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and watching the sunsets . We adjusted to the fact that there was no elevator but it maybe should be mentioned in the description.

Perfect family spot

This condo is fabulous! My husband and I spent a week here with our 4 kids. The place was spotless and Diana has thought of every detail. We had every kitchen item we could possibly need, games, books, beach chairs,- you name it. The view is absolutely amazing and the water is so close, you can hear the waves in the living room. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back!!

Perfect location and immaculate !We have been fortunate over the past 10 years to try to get down to 30A least once a year. The condition of many rentals has varied widely. This was by far the cleanest, and most well cared for of any place we have stayed. Second floor location means you don’t have too many steps to walk up and nobody walks past your window on the way to the beach.The Kitchen had everything needed for a few days and then some. Garbage bags, dishwasher, pucks, paper towels, etc..There was a slight musty smell, but this is to be expected when your beach side. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t be happier.

The property owner sent a very detailed email prior to arrival giving instructions on parking pass, door code and departure from the condo. The condo was clean and well equipped (kitchen appliances, glassware, etc) for our needs during our stay. We will definitely return to this condo.

Great week.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our 4 and 7 year old loved the hallway bunk beds. Rails for the bunk beds have been added which I didn’t initially see in the listing pictures. The private beach was fantastic to ensure our area was not over crowded and we loved sitting on the porch every morning and night. The little coffee shop across the street was such a fun bonus! We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway

Great place to get a way for a few days. Very spacious for a couple or family of 4-5. Our favorite part was the view! We loved hanging out on the balcony to watch the waves, the storms, and sunset. The condo is so close to the water that we could hear the waves crashing. Very relaxing trip. There is no smart TV so if you enjoy watching movies or streaming networks I would recommend bringing laptop
