This fully renovated beachfront condo in Panama City Beach offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm. With breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf, every detail has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright, stylish retreat. From the open-concept living space to the private balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and turquoise waters, this condo is designed for both relaxation and unforgettable memories.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Note when booking: Our building elevator will be down for modernization (October 20th-Nov 20th) & (Feb 16th-April 10th). We apologize for this inconvenience; our condo is on floor 5.


The Summerhouse charges a one-time $35 fee per reservation for parking permits & pool wristbands.
Easy access to premises, including self-check-in with smart lock.

All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Please note that the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and include information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.
