Stay was wonderful!

We stayed in this unit over Thanksgiving weekend and it was wonderful! Very convenient to Rosemary beach and all the shops at Peddler’s. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to this unit.

Perfect!

From checking in to communication with the property for everything we needed it was so easy! The location was amazing and within walking distance to anything we needed. The atmosphere was laid back but bustling so we weren’t bored at all. Great places to shop and eat…. Now we wanna move there! Highly recommend!

Great condo and location!

Overall - great location, close to shops and food. Live music just about every night at the pavilion. Condo and amenities were perfect and just what we needed for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. Beach was fairly easy to get to as there is a team that picks up right in front of the condo. Only negative is the beach access for this neighborhood is the busiest location on the beach. Get there early enough to beat the major crowds.

We rented bikes and walked everywhere which was perfect. There was also a shuttle to take us to the beach but it really was a quick walk.

family vacation

Our first time at Seacrest (we always stay next door in Rosemary Beach but it was sold out when we tried to book). We were thrilled with our experience. The space is very roomy and comfortable with beautiful decor. We loved the nightly live music in the square that we appreciated from the comfort of the balcony. The view from the balcony is also nice with a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Check in and check out were extremely easy. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being in the heart of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach so we could walk to everything. The two dinners we had were amazing Old Florida Fish House in Santa Rosa Beach and Gallions in Rosemary Beach--HIGHLY recommend both of them. We had some hiccups with our stay. Very nicely decorated and appointed condo but it needs a bit of attention, front door has cracks in the wood in several places and you can see through it! Never were able to connect to the Wi-Fi as I believe the instructions need to be updated. The network name wouldn't even populate so I don't think it is the same network name. Toilet paper roll in one of the bathrooms was gone and toilet paper was left on the floor!!! Overall it was a good place to stay and the management was attentive to our concerns.

We’ve stayed in this condo complex before but never in this exact rental. We were extremely satisfied with this unit because of how clean it was and with all the amenities. I have 3 younger children and the location of the pools (20 feet from the elevator) and the beach/shops (everything within a 5-10 min walk) made everything so easy stress free for us. Such a beautiful location!

It's all about what you looking for

This location is located over the top of some really nice little shops. However beach access sucks. It's so many properties across from this location with private gates to the beach you really have to walk or ride a bike to get to the access that you can legally use.
