Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic cleanliness standards.Upon arrival, multiple areas were visibly dirty. The refrigerator handles (especially the freezer) were heavily soiled, and the floors were not clean—our white socks turned black from walking inside. Surfaces throughout the condo appeared to have not been properly wiped down.The bathrooms were particularly concerning. The shower curtain and rings were moldy, there was visible mold in the shower, and the areas behind the toilets also appeared moldy. Towels stored under the bathroom sink were placed directly next to a toilet plunger, which is highly unhygienic.The bedding did not appear freshly cleaned. The comforters and extra blankets in the closet needed washing, and the master bed sheets had stains that required laundering before use.Additional issues included sticky residue on bunk bed railings, dirty walls and garbage can, and worn balcony furniture. The guest room also needs attention—poor window coverings allowed hallway lights to shine directly into the room at night, and lighting during the day was inadequate.We brought these concerns directly to management, but did not receive a meaningful response addressing the issues.This property needs a thorough deep cleaning and better attention to basic maintenance before being rented again.
