Great location/ small problems.

Master bedroom bed was very hard and the air did not work well in that room. Air cooled well in other rooms. Elevators were extremely slow. Dryer took 3 hours to dry medium load of clothes. Overall nice place and good location. Easy access to the beach and nice pools. Nice balcony with good seating.

Spring Break 2025

Located in a busy area, especially during spring break. However, everything we needed; stores, restaurants, attractions, were all within walking distance. This was an enjoyable vacation.

Very roomy for our family of 10

We had a great stay, the condo was great. The resort could use some more elevators but don’t let that change your mind on staying. You just have to be patient, one complaint was the washer and dryer, the washer made our clothes smell.

Vacation

Overall this was a great place. Not the cleanest but that may be because the cleaners came a little after the check in time of 4:30 and cleaned the entire place in a matter of minutes including sweeping,mopping, hopefully changing the bed linens, etc. The wharf was a beautiful place. I don’t know if we would choose this place again due to the hassle of coming and going. If you do not plan to leave the condo at all then you are fine, we were on the 11th floor, and there was a total of 1 working elevator unless the pool was open and you could use that elevator if you walked down to the pool. But with the weather, the pool was closed a lot. So therefore it was several trips up and down the steps, 11 flights. Beach access was great. Overall the actual unit was great! I’m just not sure the building had that many visitors in minds when designing.

Family Beach trip

We had an overall good stay. The elevators was slow and the pool bathroom was closed. Other than that the resort was great. The actual condo had some minor maintenance issues but was resolved within 24 hours. We would visit again.

Spacious and accurate

Unit was exactly as pictured. Had party of 10 and it was more than enough room for everyone and no one felt cramped. Inky issue was check-in as the the security who runs the gate is very rude and discourteous. We arrived late and giy kept trying to turn us around even after showing him our confirmation. Finally after a lot of back and forth I got to check in.

Terrible Experience

Workers are not friendly check in takes forever. Tried to contact host several times and no response. If you want to have a NICE vacation, not your best option. Saw someone puke in hot tub and nobody did anything about it. Also lots of people looking to steal and take advantage. Restaurants suck too. Thanks

It needs updating and cleaning

The place is very spacious and nice, needs cleaned a lot better, larger hot water tank, a working dryer that doesn’t take 7 hours. Don’t go here thinking you are going to cook a meal for your family you do not have all the equipment that you need to cook, And please be careful and don’t get cut on the fridge.

Unit could use some updating

AC really wasn’t working well. Stayed warm in master bedroom which was uncomfortable to sleep in. So I’m not sure if the unit needs a good cleaning or some Freon added. The unit needs some work done inside and updating as appliances are wore out. Also not a fan of how the check-in process works and how far you have to carry your stuff to get checked in. As big as this condo complex is you’d think they would’ve put more elevators in as it takes over 30 minutes to get into one which frustrating . I personally wouldn’t rent again in this condo complex but that’s my opinion and experience.

Our stay

Everyone had a overall great time but there was an issue with the dishwasher that causes it to bubble up and leak. And building was not as clean as expected saw a couple roaches but the room was sufficient! Enjoyed our stay and time in PCB, thank you!

Property needs major upgrades

The condo needs some major upgrades, no hot water , washing machine sounds like it was on its last leg it would make horrible noise’s while washing , you will need to plan your day around drying clothes it took 7 drying cycles to fully dry the clothes why even have one? , Ac unit would not stay set on the temperature we had it set on we had to keep resetting it to kick on, elevators were always broken the entire time , half of the pools were closed so the pools that were open was so crowded you didn’t have a place to sit! The unit was dirty we had dirty dishes saved in the cabinet with food still stuck on the pot so I got to spend the first day of vacation cleaning a condo that you charge a cleaning fee for! We would not stay here again ! Thanks The Dupre’s

Nice property

The only issues were minor. Gate to beach padlocked after 10pm. The washer and dishwasher very noisy. Several cycles used for dryer. If you don't mind not being directly on the beach this is a great property. Elevators had some issue's while we were there. Overall, the unit was beautiful and now my grandson wants a bathroom in his bedroom at home. I prefer to be right on the beach but this property is convient. We did enjoy our stay. I think a pod coffee machine would be nice. We could have stayed forever.

As advertised

As advertised. Good location. My only complaint would be the noise of the dryer, very loud. Once we learned that, we just adjusted when we did the laundry, otherwise it wasn’t a big deal. Elevator wait times weren’t an issue except on the busy travel days, New Years Eve and New Years day for our stay. The rest of the week was easy. We had a couple questions once we got into the unit which were answered in a timely manner. We were in town for a baseball tournament and busy during the days and the weather was cool during our trip, so we didn’t do the beach, but it was conveniently across the street. We did use one of the heated pools on one of the “warmer” days and it was good.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo!!

The variety of pools and easy beach access for so great and entertained our group all week!! The kiddie pool leaves a lot to be desired but the other pools/hot tubs are great! This condo could use some more dishes and utensils in the kitchen to make it easier to whip up meals. For our group of 9, we had to wash dishes mid meal and later purchased some paper products just so everyone could eat at the same time. Overall we’d definitely stay here again and recommend this condo/building to others though!

Property review

The view of the hotel is really nice. But the elevator is bad. It’s so long… Also kitchen pots are old and I think the bunk beds should be designed to have their own room with doors and not be so creaky😊.
