Worry Free Vacation!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Aqua 407! The view was amazing and the condo met all of our needs and expectations. Awesome pools and amenities. Fast and convenient elevators. Easy parking and keyless access. Close to shops, stores, restuarants, and Pier Park. Clear and fequent communication with owner. I recommend staying here!

Room was nice and a great location. The only complaint I have is with either the owner or the manager of the rental. We had four different door codes sent to us. I got a text mid day during our stay that the door code had changed. My issue with this is I’m on vacation and don’t keep my phone with me at all times and could’ve possibly not had a way to get up with someone if I went to the beach and left my phone in the room

Room could have been a little cleaner. Could not find a broom to sweep up sand from the beach, the vacuum that was in the closet was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen and spit dirt out at you when in use. Went to do a load of laundry and there was sand from the previous guests along the top of the washer. The dryer vent looked like it had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Overall, I would not say I was disappointed in the stay at all, just thought for the amount you pay for a cleaning fee it could have been a little cleaner. Beds were comfortable, there were enough towels. However, I could not find a fitted sheet for the pull out couch. I reached out trying to find a broom for the property, received a text back the next day telling me it was in the closet off the kitchen, but that door appeared to be locked, or very stuck that I feared if I pulled on it the door would break. I sent a picture back of the closet to make sure it was the right closet and never got a response. So I gave up, I do apologize if we left a little sand, but I did try to clean that up myself. Beach amenities in the closet were a nice touch.

Very Disappointed

After multiple conversations with the Reservation Specialist, it became obvious that Rent Relax Vacation Rentals did not care about their customers/guest. Let me first start off by saying, that my wife and I were very disappointed in this place. The overall impression of this condo looked like a college apartment. It became a joke throughout the week as we identified from day one how many things were disgusting and filthy in this condo. 1. The appliances were all greasy. I had to buy Clorox wipes to clean them. 2. The silverware wasn't clean; the spatulas were caked with grease or butter. I had to wash all the utensils within the condo. 3. The couch and chairs had stains all over them, we didn't even feel comfortable sitting on them. 4. The drapes were all stained and looked dirty. 5. The coffee table had stains and just looked horrible. 6. There were no hangers, we went to Walmart and bought some. 7. The towels were nicely presented but after unfolding them, they looked all stained. We even bough bleach and re-washed them. 8. The ice machine in the fridge didn't disperse. 9. The lamp in the master bedroom was broken but worked. After multiple responses back and forth for some type of compensation, it became apparent that the Specialist and Rental place didn't care. Still waiting on someone to get back to me.
