Important Information
Winter Guests Welcome:
Looking to escape the cold? Sea-Renity offers monthly rentals from November through February with discounted rates for extended stays!

Long-Stay Cleaning Fee Policy:
All stays over 30 days will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee, and stays over 60 days will incur an additional $275 fee. These charges will be applied after booking and apply to all reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

Guest Agreement & Community Guidelines:
• The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property.
• A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required before arrival. Entry codes will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
• Please be mindful of Walton County's quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM) and respect our peaceful, family-friendly community.
• Rates, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted at Sea-Renity. ADA-compliant service dogs are welcome with documentation submitted in advance. Emotional support animals do not qualify.

No Smoking:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

Cell Service:
Cell phone reception in Prominence can be limited. We strongly recommend taking screenshots of all arrival instructions and access codes before your trip, as signal strength may vary once you arrive.
