Great view. Room was very clean. Seen dolphins chasing schools of fish several times throughout our stay. Will stay here again in the future

Had issue with sliding door to balcony, but maintenance quickly came to fix the problem. The internet was down on both sides…Emerald Beach and Wyndham. Wyndham was fixed first. I’m not sure if Emerald side was working when we left. I love the condo and the views! It’s my favorite place to stay!

Spacious and convienent

This two bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space, clean, convenient to beach. Great skybar entertainment with singers, trivia, and dj music. Loved Starbucks, the large workout facility and both pools .

On Island Time

We have been vacationing to PCB for many years now and my crew is spoiled by staying at EmeraldBeach Resort. So many on-site things for the kids and adults to stay entertained! The rooms are spacious, several pools, gift shop, and Starbucks. And can’t forget their nightly ice cream run next to the sky bar! Always a good time! See you next year!

We ALWAYS stay at Emerald Beach Resort and this time if was no different than the rest - AWESOME. We love the location due to all the places to eat within walking distance. In addition, the resort is always clean and elevators are supper fast. The condo itself was spacious and clean. It was exactly as advertised and the beds were comfortable. The downside was only controlled by Mother Nature to where the ocean was calm like a lake and the water hot like bath water… causing it to possess lots of seaweed. This was a first for us in 15 years. We made the best of it! It’s PCB - closest thing to heaven.

View was great. The inly issue is that someone had folded rugs up off the elevator and my wife was packing our 2 year old and fell over them and the security staff talked to her to see if ahe was ok but no follow up. She had a cut on her leg and also my 2 year old had a cut and bruise

Everything was super clean which is always top on my priority list. This was our 8th time staying at Emerald Beach and first time in this particular unit. My only issue is that the king bed is not comfortable and squeaks terribly every time you roll over. Bunks squeak really bad too and one of the living room chairs squeaks. Tip for the balcony door … the left side moves and you don’t realize when you go to shut the door and then you can’t get it to lock right and then it doesn’t close. There are sensors on the door and even though it was the tiniest bit open the air cuts off thinking the door is open. We called and they told us about the left side door … after we knew that everything with the back door and air worked perfectly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Coast Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with and responded to any questions or calls quickly and efficiently when booking and after we arrived. Check in was easily and timely. The unit was spacious and had lots of storage/closet space in the common area and bedrooms. Kitchen appliances could use to be updated but also were enough for what we needed and we cooked in the condo several nights. Beach chairs that come with the unit were a wonderful asset to the rental that we appreciated and used daily. Parking and the multiple elevator switches to get to/from the parking garage to the condo was a little strange and difficult to figure out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT LOCATION, LOVED THE RESORT AMENITIES, ESPECIALLY THE BEACH CHAIR RENTAL THAT WAS INCLUDED. DIDN'T LIKE THE HUMIDITY AND NO OPTION TO LOWER THE A/C BELOW 70, SO ALL THE ASTHMA SUFFERERS AND MENOPAUSAL FOLKS IN OUR GROUP WEREN'T THRILLED. UNIT COULD DEFINITELY BENEFIT FROM A POST-SUMMER SEASON DEEP CLEAN.
