Great Family Vacation

My family (wife and two kids) had a great few days at the condo a beach. It is so well positioned, near food, pools and the beach. The home is spacious, a lot of light and updated to make the stay that much more enjoyable. We hope to come back and stay again, really had a nice time.

Great Condo, great location!

Condo has everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. Nice location close to Rosemary, in the heart of Seacrest, easy to walk, bike everywhere.

I love these condos. Great location

I’ve stayed in a couple of these condos. This one was great. Only issue… Pantry is FULL of beach stuff. Chairs, toys… We brought a ton of food and there wasn’t much room to put it other than the small countertop area. Other than that, the condo was perfect!

Everything we needed and such a great location! Walking distance to Rosemary and you are in the heart of Seacrest. So nice to the sundries store right downstairs! I would definitely recommend!

The Best Stay (Baby’s 1st Vacay)

Dolly was truly the best host. The condo was everything we could have wished for and more. Modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. My wife, mother in law and 4 month old daughter went for a long weekend and it was an amazing stay. Not only did the property have everything you could possibly think of for the beach. It also came fully equipped with all the baby gear one could hope for. The amazing central location allowed us to walk everywhere from Rosemary Beach to Alys Beach - no car needed! The customer service was A+ and Dolly was always a text or quick phone call away. We cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying in this condo again. Could not recommend more!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is close to everything with access to a pool. The unit was well maintained but there was dust underneath the furniture. We have small children so we were cleaning up toys underneath things frequently. The property managers were nice and responsive. We didn’t our checkin info in our email, but upon calling received it within a few minutes. Overall, a great stay!

Location, location, location

We loved staying at VS during our Fall Break! The property was clean, Dolly was prompt to answer a question via text, and it is easily accessible to Alys Beach and Rosemary. The trek to the beach could be a lot with small children and the beach is VERY crowded in Seacrest. The property is amazing though! We didn’t move our vehicle the entire stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. The owners were very accessible and the location was fantastic. The only negative is that the floors were extremely dirty when we arrived. Our feet were black while walking around, so being house shoes or old socks.

Wonderful condo!

We had the best week! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Great communication from Dolly prior to visit, but we really had no issues throughout our stay so didn’t need to reach out to her again after that. I loved that I didn’t have to drive to a different location to pick up a key like other places I’ve stayed at the beach— there is just a unique code to put in the keypad on the door. The location is super convenient as there are shops/food downstairs, and it is a short walk to Rosemary and Alys beach. It can be a little loud at night because it is a very happening area with live music; but tends to calm down after 10pm, which was good since we have to get up early for our little one! We did find the Seacrest beach access to be extremely crowded, but was told by someone who always goes here that it was the busiest she had ever seen it even at high times. Must be everyone getting out since the COVID stuff is calming down. If you go to Seacrest, you may seriously consider renting a beach chair and umbrella ahead of time. You can bring your own umbrella (no large tents though), but take your stuff down early before 10am to get a good spot! We did discover a great alternative public beach option on Winston Lane which is just past Rosemary. It was a slightly longer walk but not crowded at all and we were able to put our tent up! Worth the walk in our opinion! We used the kiddie pool a lot which is so good for kids and conveniently located right across from this condo. We didn’t have much trouble with parking, there was always something available in the lot behind condo building. Would definitely stay there again!
