Last minute family vacation

This was a beautiful property in a great location. We had an issue with the door and they came same day and fixed it. Lots of room for everyone!

The place is beautiful and the 11th floor is not terrible other than the elevator! A lot of waiting for them. The living room lacks seating. Only a couch and one recliner. Bar stools and kitchen table was sufficient for eating. The master bathroom shower doors would allow water to pool on floor.. we kept one towel just for in front of it. The communication from host could use a lot of improvement.

Average

This condo is 3.5 stars. Master Bedroom doesn’t cool unless the bathroom door and living room door left open. The guest bath shower curtain is moldy and needs replacing. There were about 5 bulbs burnt out. Had to replace the smoke detector battery after being woken at 4 am one morning. Several elevators on property are out and it can make for delays. Other than that, property and condo are clean and comfortable. I would suggest Destin over PCB, but this condo is fine if you’re staying in PCB (like us for an event).

Least favorite

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing but the elevators were horrible. You would wait 30min just for one to open and it be full. We ended up taking the stairs multiple times and the stairs to the 11th floor is no joke. We stay in the area every year and this was by far our least favorite place to stay.
