Tidewater is one of the most amenity-packed resorts you will find located in the desired West end of Panama City Beach -- only 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to Pier Park with plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and grocery stores nearby.
This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor with its own private hallway – meaning no noise from other guests walking by your room. This unit accommodates up to 4 adults & 2 children featuring a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a separate bunk bed area. There is also a pack-n-play stored away for those traveling with an infant. This unique layout provides an abundance of natural light that you won’t find in standard units! As you walk into the living space you will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that engulf you in incredible oceanfront views all around. The balcony overlooks the pool & provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the gulf or watching the fireworks that often light up the sky from the pier at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay – Keurig & regular style coffee pot, blender, cookware & utensils, etc. There is a large dining area just off the kitchen & plenty of storage space throughout the unit. There are games & books in the unit for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, cooler, & beach toys are provided in the unit for guests to use. The unit also includes a washer & dryer & free wifi.

This unit is only one flight of stairs above the 2nd floor walkway to the parking garage or lobby so you can avoid elevators during busy times or if you prefer an elevator, one is located just outside of your private hallway.

Excellent Condo Right on the Beach!

The specific room we stayed in was this condo and it was nothing but excellent! It was clean, plenty of towels, cold air,, and a cold fridge! One thing I will say is if you stay here at this condo be prepared for the long lines for elevator, luckily with this rental it was 3rd floor and we didn’t mind the stairs!

Nice unit on the beach.

Comfortable clean condo. A bit noisy as it overlooks the pool. Would have been nice to have Kleenex and beach towels. We were only there for two nights as a stopover and we had to go out and buy them for one day. Other amenities in the condo were good. Very comfortable bed! Glad I had my own pillow as those there were hard. Not walkable to anything. Check in was quite the production. Process took one hour! Beach was ok.

This was our first time in PCB and it couldn’t have been better. The owners were super quick to respond to all our questions, and the property location was awesome! Amazing view in a quiet area! Very clean unit!

The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had an excellent view! We loved being able to see the new year’s fireworks on the pier from the comfort of this condo! Owners were great about communicating! We loved that the condo had beach chairs and sand toys for our little one to use along with a beach wagon to transport our beach items to and from the beach easily! Only downfall, which had nothing to do with the unit itself was that multiple elevators at the resort were out of service at the same time…. Thankfully this unit is only 1 floor above the walkway to the parking garage and near the stairwell!! I would not hesitate to book again from the owners!

First Family Trip to PCB

Communication with owner was excellent, before arrival I text with questions and recommendations for things to do and while there text with a question and response was prompt and helpful. The layout of the condo and view were perfect. Super convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Also nice that the owner has many items already there for you to use at the beach, so no need to pack all that. We had a great experience and really enjoyed PCB.

Condo 318 was wonderful. The place was clean with everything we needed plus a great view of the ocean and pool. The location of the unit is great because you can take the stairs to get in and out quickly. The elevators on the property are just worthless and this removes that hurdle. The place is right on the beach which is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Beautiful!

This property was beautiful and so clean! The owners are extremely communicative and kind. Views were fantastic and besides some snafus with the elevators (at no fault of the owners), it was a great stay. Would definitely book here again.
