Beautiful Stay

Everything was clean and looked just as pictured! The views from the balcony are to die for! Easy parking and access to the apartment. Plenty of utensils & pots for cooking. Plenty of clean white towels. Beds were comfy. The onlh downsides 1. Beds need sheets with deeper pockets. The sheets do not stay on. 2. The TVs are really hard to operate even with the detailed I instructions.

Pros= great location, plenty of room, good beach views, not too crowded on the beaches great owner response. Cons= room needs keypad, did not like keeping up with a room key. No water hose at beach access for cleaning beach gear. Some mold present on couch ends and lamp shades.

Great condo! Beautiful views

Overall this condo was great! Very clean and beautiful views from the balcony. The only thing i would suggest to the owner is a new mattress in the room that had 1 king bed. It was very hard and indented in. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Absolutely amazing

I have stayed in too many resorts and condos on so many beaches in different states and this rental was by far absolutely the one with the most STUNNING AND BREATHTAKING TAKING VIEW. Yiu had views from every inch of this unit. The property was very clean the pool was amazing and the beach was so clean and beautiful. I would absolutely return and all I can say is do not think just rent this unit. You will not be disappointed

Perfect Vacation!

We have stayed at Long Beach multiple times in the past so we knew we loved the resort. This was one of the best decorated and well-stocked units we’ve stayed in! It was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The appliances all seemed newer and worked well. Bill Pedersen was great to deal with and provided adequate instructions for everything you need to know (wifi access, beach gate codes, parking passes, etc). Heads up, the door of the unit does not have a keypad entry, so you will have to deal with keys during your stay. Bill mailed them with plenty of time to spare before our trip and we had to ship them back at the end of the week. The condo is located on the fifth floor and is close to the lagoon pool. This unit comes with a pair of beach chair rentals for the week, which is a huge value. Parking is easy and plentiful with no street or tunnels to cross to get to the condo. There are several souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance and it’s far enough down Front Beach Rd where we never had any trouble getting out because of traffic. There is a Walmart right down the street making shopping super convenient. Everything about this place is great and highly recommended! I would never hesitate to book again with this owner!

Beautiful condo

Always like staying at Long Beach because of location, easy access to everything, quick elevators, easy parking, great pool. Condo was a very nice condo and had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you’d need too. Nicely updated . Beds were very comfortable. Mr Pedersen is always quick to respond to any questions/issues. Great view of course. Definitely would rent again. Family had a great time.

Every unit has been clean and perfect. This unit is no exception. In fact, it is the most well stocked in kitchen supplies if you wish to cook and save money on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was VERY clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. And I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect family condo!

We loved staying here! The condo was huge! The location to the parking lot, beach, and pools was perfect! When we contacted Bill, he responded immediately and resolved the issue. (Condo above had a water leak which caused water to drip thru ceiling. Issue was resolved by maintenance within 30 minutes) We added sand toys to the extras in the laundry closet so other families could enjoy. Beach chair rental was easy to use and the guys were super nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is very nice with easy access and a great view. It’s very well stocked in the kitchen and Clean!! There was just a few things that was very minor to us - the outside door to the balcony from the master doesn’t lock and unlock very well. - the sliding balcony door didn’t lock at all the mechanism appeared to be rusty. And the dryer doesn’t dry very well, it could have been operator error since I had never used one like it but I did try just about every option it had and still had to run it 2-3 times just for one load to fully dry. I think the vent needs to be snaked and cleaned out I couldn’t reach down in it but could clearly see a large amount of lent and that could also be a reason it didn’t dry well. We done a last minute booking and the property owner was very easy to get in touch with and work with. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be looking to hopefully book another stay in the near future. Thank you

What a spectacular view of the ocean from this 5th floor condo! Four of us (two couples) recently spent a week at this condo. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and place settings, dishes, glassware, etc. pretty much everything you could need. Everything worked well for our needs. It is a gated condo complex with security at the gates and on the grounds. The complex (4 buildings) was well maintained-there was alway staff working on the grounds keeping things clean and tidy. There is elevator access to the unit, as well as luggage carts - so handy. The beach is amazing! So clean, sand so soft and miles to walk. Never was very crowded in front of the Long Beach complex. The public areas were much busier. The pools are very nice as well, always able to find a lounge chair. While we were there during what was considered spring break, it never felt crowded. Great access to grocery (super Walmart just 2 minutes away). Loved the size of this unit, so much space for the 4 of us to spread out. Great balcony - so much better than the pictures. Wish we could have stayed another week!

We would Stay here again & highly recommend this place !!

This was Lovely (note that we stayed at beginning of OFF season time; last week of October) Once the bikers left 48 hours after we arrived Saturday, it got VERY quiet and the roads & restaurants were almost empty!!) This was by far one of the NICEST Places to stay. Loved the 24 hour security gate & guards, the POOLS (3) were heavenly. But the VIEWS ( the whole condo including bedrooms) were floor to ceiling GLASS !! THE PORCH was BIG !! Not a balcony A BIG PORCH !!! Which is a must for us ! Anyone going to PCB should really CHECK this place out !!! We will Stay again & highly (already have) recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing view!

Enjoyed this condo more than any other. The view is spectacular. Also, the elevator and convenience to the beach is on point. Just a few steps and you’re there. Kitchen was very well stocked, had everything we needed. Would recommend a new cleaning service, a lovely place like this needs to be cleaned properly. Loved having the free beach chairs set up for us each day. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for a vacation. The condo is beautiful and was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Our only complaint was the pillows! I believe they are memory foam?? I have neck problems and they did not work out for me and my husband didn't like them either. Some may love them! We went to Walmart and bought some pillows. I liked that Bill mailed us the pool bracelets, parking pass and keys to our house in advance. It made the check-in process easier. The only problem was that we received the wrong keys to the condo. We immediately called Bill who answered the phone right away. He sent someone with the correct key to the condo within 15 minutes. We had to go get new keys made but Bill reimbursed us. Communication was great with Bill so if any problems should arise rest assured he is prompt to make it right! Over all we enjoyed our stay! We really were not in the condo much. We didn't watch tv all week so we can't comment on that. The location is right on the beach and in a great location. We loved the pool and the Hang Out by the pool to get drinks or food while relaxing at the pool. Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach was great! We would highly recommend this condo!

Really Cute Condo

This place is cute and had lots of room with picture perfect views. We love Long Beach Resort and try to find a condo here every time we go to Florida. Just wished the check in time was earlier than 4pm.

Bill Pendersen is wonderful since I locked myself out of the condo, he had security there in 15 mins. The only thing is in tower 3’s lobby the smell was bad (trash). Thanks again for a great trip.

Great Condo! Clean, updated, and well-stocked!

We had a great time in this condo! It had everything we needed and more. We have stayed at Long Beach 4 times, and this was the the nicest condo. I was shocked by all the cooking utensils, knives, and other kitchen amenities. Look forward to visiting again.
